Wonderful service and really calmed an emotional me. My cats splint had come lose from his surgery and he needed it replacing on a Saturday afternoon. The initial telephone conversation with the call handler was awful and I hung up but then the local emergency surgery in my area called me and talked me through what I needed. Which wasn’t the enormous price I’d been quoted over the phone! When we arrived they quickly took my cat away and sorted him quickly and efficiently! The vet then spoke to me and filled me with such confidence on my cats post op progress and gave me some wonderful advice regarding my own vet’s surgery for us moving forward with my cats treatment! It was a really positive experience hence the 5 star review!!

My rescue dog Jefferson ran into a car on Saturday (my niece has a habit of opening doors to follow people out the house thinking it’s funny). He was treated by two lovely people who took care of him and bandages him. He is overall ok and understood his needs. Lovely set of people with friendly auras! Thanks again

Whilst we cannot fault the care, kindness and superb service we received when our cat was taken poorly Saturday night, we also have to question the fees. No treatment was given other than a very thorough examination but the fees were extortionate (£302.50). We have read the justification from other reviews however it is about time vets fees were properly regulated as the costs of treatment vary considerably and for people who can't afford the fees they are faced with a heartbreaking decision. We thank you for the compassion shown to us and our cat (who is now behaving like nothing happened!) and whilst we would highly recommend this practice, hence the five stars, I would strongly urge people to question the regulation of vets fees.

Amazing support provided during an awful time with one of dogs having seizures. If only all vets were this helpful. Highly recommend after receiving an amazing service from me and Mack 🐾
