Visited here for an annual check up and vaccine for my young adult cat. I thought the first vet, a woman, was really lovely, patient and great at handling him. The second time we visited we had a male vet who didn't pay much attention to my cat or how anxious he might've been feeling, he just told me to hold him while he administered his vaccine. I thought the experience was a bit off putting but it got the job done and I have a happy & healthy kitty.
Overall good but a bit pricey.
First time using this vet for my Bella’s spade. What a lovely vet and staff, warm friendly polite. Thank you Peter and staff for looking after Bella. I am very great full for your kindness and professionalism. To all x
I am not registered with this practice,I am not a pet owner.I called them on the off chance but not really expecting any help for a very poorly wild bird I had overnight.For those saying this practice is all about the money,I couldn't disagree more.Unfortunately the bird had to be put to sleep,I wasn't charged,I offered a donation which they didn't accept for themselves but instead referred me to a local animal charity 'pink paws'.I would also like to mention that when I arrived this morning before opening there was a chap infront of me waiting outside that had been given (in passing) a fledgling that had fallen from the nest,this bird was not euthanized and I assume the practice will know of someone that can care for this chick.From what I have experienced and witnessed,this practice goes above and beyond,I have been humbled by the generosity,kindness and compassion of this amazing team.
