I've recently relocated to the area and registered my cats with the Westhoughton team. One of my cats was very elderly and became unwell. The team was absolutely amazing handling him as a new case and diagnosed his issues quickly. They were very empathetic, very kind and very generous with their time in difficult circumstances. I am so very glad to have found them and will continue to use them.
I took my rabbit here for a spay and I could not of been happier with the experience. Every person I spoke to, the receptionists, nurses and vet were extremely polite, friendly and professional. I took her in at 9am and they called me at 1pm to let me know she was ok and recovering and that they will hold onto her until 5pm to make sure she is eating before I collected her. When I collected her they gave me critical care and pain medication, enough to last the week which was very reassuring. Then ontop of all this they have since seen her twice (included in initial cost) for a post op check up to make sure she is recovering well. They exceeded all expectations.
