Christmas Day is not the day you want your dog to become unwell. From the initial phone call to seeing the vet we were treated with kindness, clinical knowledge and highly professional clinicians. I would highly recommend Vets Now

I arrived at around 4pm with my cat who’d dislodged a tooth and part of his gum. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist and seen soon after by a lovely lady vet. After the initial triage he was taken in for surgery and within a couple of hours we were on our way home with essential medications and follow up advice. He’s now on the mend and I can’t thank the staff enough for their kindness and speedy response. I would definitely recommend this vet’s clinic and it’s a real comfort knowing there’s an out of hours emergency service available. Many thanks to all involved in my cat’s care!

Such a great team! We had to take our beautiful dog Marley to this branch a month ago. They were so helpful and compassionate. Unfortunately our beautiful girl didn’t make it. But the care and warmth was plain to see and feel right to the end. I knew she was cared for with nothing but love, it’s made this horrific experience bearable.

Vets Now were fast to respond to my cat emergency and the vet and the receptionist were reassuring. Whilst i am able to afford the fee i think £300 before you’re seen puts the service out of reach for some clients.

Recently took my dog in for a stomach illness/upset on a Sunday - as my usual vets was closed. The service was very fast, from getting an online web chat appointment within minutes, to getting a face to face review within half an hour after (including travel). The staff were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They not only took care of my dog, but also myself when I got a little emotional when leaving the establishment. My dog was brought back to average health (still a bit tired and woozy from her ordeal) after approx 11hrs of IVFT. I will say that OOH vet care is a little expensive, but for the health of our fur babies, it all becomes worth it. I could not fault the service and the staff are worth their weight in gold. Always keeping us updated throughout the day on how the treatment was coming along until pick up time.
