Wonderful staff, receptionists and vets. We stayed with this surgery despite moving to the opposite side of Manchester. Always taking very good care of our two cats

Always assured of a friendly welcome and professional care for your pet. The staff treat your animal as if it was one of their own with compassion and loving care. Jackie on reception makes you feel at ease and answers any questions you may have or finds out off the vets if she doesn’t know herself. Our cavapoo, Bella, is being treated for diabetes and her eye sight is failing. She is being treated by Fraser and sometimes Imogen, who both are professional but are friendly and reassuring, keeping you informed of treatment and progress of Bella’s condition. All the staff seem to be the same, really caring for your pet and ensuring they get the best treatment possible.

Mike who is the senior vet here is always responsive, clear and concise when it comes to explaining what the condition/treatment is. The nurses always look after our 11 year old chihuahua when he has to be admitted and thanks to keelie for making him feel safe and comfortable this week It would be great if the practice was open during weekends too hence the 4 star rather than 5

The staff are great , fabulous ladies on the desk they are fab every time and is always a pleasure to see the lovely nurse Hannah she is great . Would highly recommend .

I cannot thank willows veterinary group enough! I lost my 3 year old cat to underlining problems. All the staff went out of their way to send me her ashes and her paw prints. This is the best veterinary for your animal!

Today was our first time visiting Buchanans Urmston with our 12year old Husky, who suffers from arthritis. Gaby the vet was fantastic with Nyla, the consultation wasn’t rushed and Gaby explained all the options available for Nyla. You can tell they really care for the animals here. First visit since I registered my cats after using another vets for many years. Easy to book in, plenty of options for people that work Unlike my previous vets. All staff were welcoming & friendly. Love the fact they have a separate waiting area for customers with cats 😀 Vet was easy to communicate with, efficient & informative. Very happy I have moved here.

I come here with my assistance dog Hugo. I feel like the team here can't do enough for me. I'm a 41yr old male military veteran (apparently we need to show this info for context). The staff I've met are beyond lovely and very approachable. I can't see how a nice person couldn't get nice responses from these wonderful people.

So me and my Wife recently got ourselves a kitten as my Wife is a Support worker and one of the ladies she was Supporting moved out and left kitten behind so we took her in. So we registered with Beech House vets and booked our kitten in for her jabs and to get her checked over, So I arrived half an hour early and so sat in the waiting room. Several minutes later I went, The vet was absolutely fantastic gave our kitten a full health check, weighed her and then gave her the first injection and had set up the next appointment in 4 weeks. Extremely professional, polite and friendly staff, The vets was extremely clean as you would expect, Vets can be expensive but I paid into a Kitten club where for £19.99 a month you get a health check up, first vaccination, second vaccination, microchipped and neutered. Honesty can praise Beech house vets enough we highly recommend Beech house vets. We post alot of reviews on Google and we have over 28,000,000+ Views and we always give our honest thoughts and opinions on our experiences and while we are on our travels, We review service, customer service, food, drink, value for money, beach clubs, flights, restaurants, bars, flights, accommodation, beauty treatments, coffee shops, cafes, Airbnbs etc.

We’ve been regular visitors with our dogs Bobby and Muimui to Companion Care at Regent Retail Park in the last 14 months. We’re grateful for the good quality services, love and care provided by this lovely Vet clinic. We’d like to thank both the vets and reception staff working here, who are always friendly, patient, helpful and professional. Honestly, they’ve never given us any bad feeling so far.

Staff were lovely, vet was kind and helpful, price was reasonable; can't ask for more. Best of all my poor cat who had fleas is on the mend, only a few days after taking the pill and cleansing the flat. Can't be happier!

We brought our moggy Kimi in on Monday, for what we knew was to be a final visit. She was 20.5 years old and had been on a downward path in the recent years / months. The last few weeks were looking bleaker and over the weekend she deteriorated very quickly until she didn’t want to do anything and seemed to be in pain. On arrival we were looked after by Pola and Katie who realised the situation very quickly and were so kind and considerate to us. They said they would organise a canular to be inserted so they could administer the required injection, but Kimi passed away before they could. I guess the upheaval of the ‘trip to the vets’ (which she always hated, in her youth) and everything was just to much and she couldn’t hang on any longer. We were given some ‘clippings’ of Kimi’s fur etc in a little glass vile, to keep as a remembrance and we said we wanted to take her home to be buried in our garden, along with her mum and son. My wife went to the desk to pay for the visit, but was told there would be no charge. Although this is not a ‘money thing’ we found this to be over and above what we might expect and a lovely gesture. We left with Kimi wrapped in a towel and were finally given a condolence card, signed ‘all our love, Yew Tree Vets’, which again was such a nice thing for you to have done. We have used your surgery for all 3 of our cats over a number of years and have always been very happy with the service we have received, but yesterday’s visit left us feeling so heart warmed that you all can care so much for pets and owners alike. Thanks for all your efforts over the years.

My sausage dog has been here twice, once with a sprained paw & sadly being run over on Christmas Day night. When we arrived on Christmas Day night, we ran in with our dog & the vet seen him straight away. Couldn’t of asked for a nicer vet & the reception staff. The reception staff were amazing and made us feel so much better. One reception lady even got the first aid kit to help my brother with his cut hands after the accident. Thanks to Pet Medics my dog was fine and sent him home with medication which he is now better. Thank you for amazing service from the vet & lovely reception lady’s on Christmas Day Night 💕 it was the last thing we expected but they made us feel so much better. 🙏✨

PetMedics have been amazing ever since our cat had been referred for her skin issues and allergies. The staff are so lovely and really do care. Pixie is now on allergy medication but is still under review for steroids but her skin and her quality of life has improved so much already and we have her lovely vet Silvana to thank for this.🩷 You are amazing thanks for all your hard work x

My spaniel had to be admitted for a couple of days as he had just been diagnosed with diabetes and was very poorly. All the staff were very professional and I was kept upto date with the situation very well. At discharge, the nurse spent time talking us through everything and teaching us how to administer injections. I cannot thank all the staff enough for the care they gave to Woody. He is now in a much better place than when he was admitted. Here he is with his sister keeping an eye on his progress 🐾🐾

my cat passed away and was brought to pet medics by a member of the public, when i arrived to see if it was my cat all the staff were lovely, kind, and considerate. they took the time to make sure it was my cat, and talked me through different options i had with what i wanted to do next with him, at no point did i feel unsure about what i had to do, and every member of staff was really kind to him and looked after him as if he was one of their own cats. they gave me as much time as i needed with him in their farewell room and didn’t pressure me to leave and let me have as much time as possible. A few days later they sent me a condolence card with my cats paw prints inside which i appreciate so much. also saw members of staff interacting with other customers and answering any questions they had regarding their own pets, the place had a nice atmosphere and didn’t feel like some other vets do. thank you again to all the staff at pet medics.

Had to take my fur baby less than a week ago to be told my baby's has cancer and it was touch and go of she would survive but the wonderful vets here saved her life and she recovering so well I can't thank you all enough you are my hero's ❤️

Amazing work these people do. I would have been lost without the rspca at times!! Being a person who has rescue dogs it's nice to know there's somewhere to take my dogs that have been given that second chance to somewhere that offers the support and medical attention they need at a very affordable price 😀 great work people and a massive thank you from me and my pooches xx 😊

My first cat had to be taken here. Cj when I went into hospital... Am not able to look after her am so sorry. Thay are putting her up for adoption, I could of got her back but am not able to look after cj. She can play out 🐱😁 when she gets a new home and thay have given her her first needles. Thank you.

My dog goes here every time he needs injections or health check staff are welcoming not very long waits and have selection of health care products you can buy in reception for cat and dog. The vets here are also very good and explain thing in a way that you can understand overall got to be one of the best vets in manchester

The staff are so kind and helpful. They never fail to give my dog Scooby all the cuddles. We love our regular trip to the vets! Thank you as always Buchanan staff :)
