I went into this store to ask for advice with a small bulldog that was utterly terrified of everything. The staff were absurdly kind, understanding, and so helpful. A really kind staff member waited outside with the dog I had been left with, she was trying her best to calm said dog down. But a massive thank you to Will. Will gave me so much amazing advice when I was bombarding him with questions. I bought a harness, collar and lead ONLY because of him, also treats. His explanations were simple, knowledgeable and insightful. Thank you Will, you deserve to be in charge. Also helped me with inquires about Vets4Pets. Amazing staff and people. Thank you so much.
