Unfortunately we had to have our dog put to sleep after she suffered a serious stroke. Carmel Vets managed to get us an emergency appointment and were very caring and empathetic when we made the sad decision to have her put to sleep due to the severity of her symptoms and old age. We arranged for her to have an individual cremation and we collected her ashes just over a week later. They also included a paw print in a card, a lock of her fur, plus a sympathy card and small packet of forget-me-not seeds. Carmel have been very good to us throughout this whole process and have been very compassionate. Thank you.

Thank you for taking care of T4 in his last couple of weeks of life.😢 The compassion, attention and attitude of everyone has always been exceptional, but the support over the last two weeks have gone above and beyond. Excellent vets.the staff are lovely,caring kind heart and the pet always comes first then the owner which i love.our family have always used them ie my grandad,mom and now me.(use to be called Walpole & Bingham).and even though the name has changed the feeling in the vets and how they are with u hasn't changed.its like walking into your own warm home feeling.and I 1000%+ know and feel that my dog is always in safe hands.
