Absolutely brilliant service from Ricky and his team. We called him out as we had a leak on our old bitumen flat roof. He took photos to show us what the problems were and gave us a thorough explanation of the options available and a fully-detailed written quote (even down to specifying that the screws on the boards would be counter-sunk). He responds to emails promptly and keeps you informed along the way. The work he did on our roof was superb, excellent attention to detail - hidden fixings, facia joints at the corners covered with finishing strips, EPDM roof done in a single sheet so that there were no joints. He also takes photographs of the work he's done, so he can show you the details that otherwise you'd only see with a ladder. He also cleaned up afterwards. He knows his stuff and does a really neat job. We'll use him again!
