Great experience. Felix got us booked in quickly and communicated well throughout. Roof repairs, fascias and guttering look brilliant. Blokes that did the work were lovely and even helped our neighbour with a few jobs. Will be highly recommending to friends and family.

After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

High Design did a great job replacing our roof from start to finish, within a week of contacting Felix he came out, priced the work, on agreement the scaffolding was up on the Friday and by the end of Monday the work was done. The lads were very efficient and professional and all the rubbish was taken away. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend

Really impressed with Felix. He was super prompt with supplying a quote and getting round to get the work done on our chimney. It was competitive pricing and done quickly. There's a ten year guarantee so you feel in good hands. His communication was really good and even came over one day in person to tell me when the weather was too bad to do the work. Our once shabby asbestos covered garage (which leaked) now has a really smart, coloured metal, water-tight finish to it. DPR were great from start to finish. The survey was comprehensive and the surveyor was able to provide answers to all my questions as well guide me through how the new roof would work. The workmen who completed the job were polite, friendly and left the site clean and tidy. I would recommend this company.

The day after moving house in November 2023, we discovered that our garage flat roof leaked. After researching on-line for a reputable roofing company, I was as confident as I could be that DPR Roofing were well worth requesting a no obligation condition report and quote from - both for my garage and other flat roofs forming part of the main house. The survey was very friendly and professional and followed up with a detailed report including photographs, customer recommendations, and a comprehensive condition report with recommended treatments (and costs), bespoke to each flat roof area. All good roofing companies should by reputation be 'busy' and I took it to be a positive sign that DPR roofing provided me with a start date that meant waiting 2-3 months before the works could be carried out. During the schedule of works, the roofing team were courteous and hard working, and were patient with the weather. To ensure a good quality job, the team were patient during the interruptions caused by inclement weather, giving me confidence that the work carried out will ensure good condition trouble free flat roofs for years to come. At the end of each day the team always tidied up, and I have no hesitation in recommending them as a thoroughly professional high quality company who provide a great end product solution for troublesome flat roofs.

We got a quote for our bay window roof doing, they came over and gave us professional images and a quote pack that also included photos of the current state of the roof. They came out cheaper than another roofer with a much longer guarantee so we proceeded. Communication was excellent from DPR and the end result was spot on. We received before, during repair and after photos. There was good communication afterwards when we needed the scaffolding removed too and they did all that side. We'll need a full new roof within the next few years and this will be the first company I contact for a quote.

DPR quickly and effectively completed extensive work on my damaged, leaking roof in July 2024, removing all 3 crumbling chimney stacks and fitting new ridges. They also arranged for robust scaffolding to be put in place for the duration of their work. Their costs were fully explained, and payment was straightforward.

I have never met a more professional hardworking bunch of guys in my life, they took so much care and pride in their work, delivered beyond my expectations in half the time and were by far the most pleasant people i've ever had work on my house. Ben and team were absolutely fantastic. We've been let down by various roofing and guttering firms over the last couple of years, with them either not turning up at all or with poor workmanship. Ben arrived on time and provided a competitive quote that evening, set up the job soon after, and his team were brilliant. The guttering and fascias look lovely and come with a 20 year guarantee. I had the entire roof replaced on my end terrace back-to-back and couldn't be happier with the professionalism and enthusiasm shown by Bradley and West Leeds Roofing. From the offset with the initial email exchange and drone survey, to communication throughout the large job and the quality of the work undertaken itself, I couldn't be happier. The scaffolding was erected only days before the work began and was removed days afterwards while others on my street have been stuck with it for upwards of a month.
