Decided that I needed new soffits and fascias on my property and chose Northern Roofline after reading positive reviews. Very glad that I did. The installation process was very quick, curtious and professionall. I was also able to keep TV aerial in same place which was good. Final job looks of very good quality and makes house look a million times better. I was really happy with DPR roofing, they came out quickly to quote and then to complete the work. We were chuffed as had water coming in to our bedroom ceiling and they sorted it quick. All the men I met were very friendly, polite and professional and did a fantastic job. They were reasonably priced as we wanted to just repair our roof until we can afford a new roof and we were very happy with the work they completed. Excellent response time, extremely professional and amazing customer service all second to none. Needed a roof tile replacing during the recent storm. I requested a quote in the evening not thinking I would hear back till the next day, but not only did Darren message me pretty much instantly, he arranged for a team to visit me first thing the next day. I received numerous messages out of working hours to ensure that my emergency was sorted. The roofing team promptly repaired the roof tile as well as sealing a broken gutter (which was not part of the original job) all whilst storm Babet was at its worst. We cannot praise DPR Roofing Wakefield enough and have already contacted them about further work.

Today two smashing blokes named Kev and Geoff came to strengthen a sagging pitched roof for me. What great guys!. Dave has done two separate jobs for me & I couldn’t recommend him more. The two jobs were repairing the ridge tiles on an aging roof and removing a chimney stack. Both were done to a high standard. On both jobs Dave came to quote as soon as he could and then gave realistic time frames to complete the work, when he said he’d be over to do the job; he was. On the quotations he was very clear and honest in his view of the work needing to be done & the options available.

I had my leaky roof fixed in a good time frame to say it was the festive period. After works were completed I received photos to show what had been done. Works come with a guarantee for peace of mind.

Carried out a roof Repair involving a replacement tile and ridge tile repointing on a pediment. They also checked the felt underneath for any damage. Great experience throughout. The quote stage was very prompt and easy with numerous photos taken of the roof during the survey to show the issues from closer up. As requested, two options were given for ways to resolve the issues. We were pleased with the quote and scheduling the work was simple with great communication. Fantastic service from Yorkshire Roofing, I knew my roof was in for a big job, quickly quoted and agreed, The scaffolding was up the next day and few days later they were on it, They showed me the state of the chimney too, so that was more work, But I didn't want a chimney falling on my new roof! Had a roof tile fly off during horrendous winds, and the friendly team at Yorkshire Roofing came round the very next day in the morning (even arrived early!) and rectified the issue and were able to get the fallen slate back in and ensured my roof was all good. I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. I will certainly be contacting them for further Roofing work.

Excellent team. Tom returned my call immediately and came around when he said he would and gave me honest assessment of what needed doing - and perhaps more importantly what didn’t need doing - submitted me with a proper detailed estimate in a timely manner. Tom booked me in a week or so later and he and Dean turned up when they said they would. The work took a day or so longer than was expected but with no extra charges and good attention to detail - in fact the team noticed more work was actually required but the price never changed. It was good to have people who knew what they were doing on the job and had attention to detail. Site was left tidy at the end, soffits cleaned and debris removed. Highly recommend these guys, very personable professional outfit and they just get on with the work and hardly taking breaks! Good reputation in my street as they’ve been working on a few of my neighbour’s roofs too.

I would recommend every single time. We have used them for a few smaller jobs and my mum has too for some more complex and larger jobs. I am extremely happy with the work carried out by UK Property Solutions. They were very reliable, efficient and got the job done to a very high standard. After they had finished the paving, they voluntarily went out of their way to do additional work which they didn’t ask to be paid extra for, e.g. tidying my garden, and cutting some wood I had to be used for firewood.
