Great service provided with easy and prompt communication. The work was done within a few weeks and to a good standard, extra work was carried out with no extra costs. Pictures of the work was provided too. Would definitely recommend.

Had a roof tile fly off during horrendous winds, and the friendly team at Yorkshire Roofing came round the very next day in the morning (even arrived early!) and rectified the issue and were able to get the fallen slate back in and ensured my roof was all good. I used Yorkshire Roofing recently to re-felt a flat roof. Harry's response to my request for a quote was quick and attentive. He communicated well with photos and videos. They supplied me with thorough paperwork via email to explain and itemise their quote, which was realistic and reasonable. They were helpful, polite and reliable throughout their dealings with me. They completed the work swiftly and on time and advised me about some cracked rendering in the same area of the house. For a reasonable additional cost, they repaired the cracked render. I was impressed with the involved and neat amount of work they had undertaken with these repairs. I concur with the positive reviews about Yorkshire Roofing, that I read before using them. From my first conversation with Matt, I have been impressed by this company and it's focus on the customer. I had some leaks and damp in the top room of house. Matt came to view my roof and he gave me some great advice. I decided to have the roof replaced and Matt fitted me in just before Christmas 2022. His team worked so hard in bitter cold but they made sure the house was dry and comfortable throughout. My house is quite old, so I was expecting some problems but Matt and I discussed each one as they occurred and we resolved them. Matthew came out to do a survey on our roof following numerous leaks in the upstairs of our property. We quickly received a full report with photographs and decided to have a full new roof installation. My home buyers solicitor wanted an inspection of the roof. I tried 2 other roofers they promised they would come for 2 weeks and failed to turn up. Did a great job of replacing tiles around leaking velux windows. Even though this was a small job for them they were happy to quote and complete the job. It has rained every day since but no more leaking. I’m very pleased. No messing about, job done. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend this great team of guys.

Where to start , the team at Aire Valley are just lovely! I had a report for selling my house and the roof was flagged as an issue. 1 phone call and within a matter of days I had a couple of guys up there putting it all right and all very affordable. Only use these guys if you have a problem and don’t want a drama sorting it out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Honestly cannot recommend this company enough , they did a fantastic work. The level of service was really good . Had a leak on my roof for 1 year spent thousands on other companies in Bradford . All took money did botch jobs like GRP on my roof or cement my roof . Stopping a temporary leak and when I tried calling them no answer excuses after excuses . That’s when I found frank ryan and sons . Called them gave me a quote fast and easy yes lead time was a bit long however when they did the job they did proper job . Was still leaking after the first job and second however their commitment to customer service is beyond my expectations they came over 7 times didn’t charge me a penny extra just to find the leak even spent 1 whole day . Now thanks to them my roof is finally repaired and no leaks whatsoever been over few months now with all these heavy rain , thank you to the team and Ben especially regards ,mohammed

Scope Remove existing Rosemary tiled roof, old guttering, downpipes and associated detritus Insulate above ceilings with Rockwool / Kingspan Re-roof using salvaged Rosemary tiles, if not feasible use larger tiles Paint and repair bargeboards Point and flaunch chimney stacks Install new guttering and downpipes where required Check for other defects that come to light and propose remedial action Tidy up Budget £17,750 Timescale 3 to 4 weeks, weather dependent Issues On stripping the roof it was found that the Rosemary tiles were in too bad a condition to be reused, it was not possible to source reclaimed tiles in the quantity or within the timescale allowed. A decision was made to continue using a different tile, Calderdale Rustic which would create a similar roof to Rosemaries, which were available on a short lead time in the quantity required. A wire became disconnected from a pull switch during the installation of the insulation over the West Wing of the property. This was quickly put right by an electrician. A skip arrived late holding up operations for a morning. An end stop on a gutter had not been fitted, when pointed out it was rectified the following day. Chamfering of the white chimney by a 3rd party was not done to specification, rectified by BW. What went wrong? Apart from the issues above, nothing What went right? The BW core team (Neil, Bradley) and others were hard working and personable. Their timekeeping was good and they were there when they said they would be. They answered my questions regarding the work to be done / being done / what has been done. Communications were good, I was kept informed of the next steps and any particular delays / out of specification work required. The scaffolders were good and articulate, in my experience that is sometimes not the case. The project came in on budget, it was of a 5 week duration, the scaffold being up for 43 days. The end result is excellent. Highly recommended.
