Fantastic service from Yorkshire Roofing, I knew my roof was in for a big job, quickly quoted and agreed, The scaffolding was up the next day and few days later they were on it, They showed me the state of the chimney too, so that was more work, But I didn't want a chimney falling on my new roof! No more stress over leaks and no more noise from rattling side tiles, cheers.

Had a roof tile fly off during horrendous winds, and the friendly team at Yorkshire Roofing came round the very next day in the morning (even arrived early!) and rectified the issue and were able to get the fallen slate back in and ensured my roof was all good. We had a few small jobs that needed looking at that two other roofers snubbed and made it feel as if it wasn’t worth their while. Trusst were the opposite, Mick listened to what we needed, asked for a few photos up front and came round to carry out the work turning up as agreed. A timescale and cost was given then got to work. During the work he found the start of a wasps nest and treated it for us without any additional cost. Really pleased with the quality of the work and service, nice people to deal with and would recommend.

After an initial phone call, Mick and Adam arrived within 30 min to look at the guttering and roof tiles as rain and the thaw after the latest snow was running down the inside of the house , took photos of the problem and set out a plan of action , IN DETAIL also advising at each stage of repair. While replacing tiles found many more that were damaged, replacing those too , as well as lining, guttering and fixing fascia. They are a most efficient team, friendly and respectful of customer and property, leaving nothing behind, removed all broken,damaged items. Tony and his team have done an amazing job on our roof replacement. From start to finish Tony explained everything clearly and happily accommodated my requests. It was a big job including a full tiled and flat roof replacement along with soffit, fascia, drainpipes and guttering. They worked so hard and to a very high standard (even the neighbours and passersby were complementing their work). Tony and his team have been brilliant and have done an excellent job on our house. Stripped off our old roof, fitted a new roof plus guttering and pipes. Also cleaned up an old soffit which now looks as good as new and this avoided it having to be replaced. The guys worked long days and were friendly and always grateful for cups of tea! They were great at keeping everything tidy before finishing each day. We’d definitely highly recommend Tony and team to anyone needing this type of work doing.

We had our Roof done by this company which has just been completed. They were a very professional team and did a great job!!! All who were in involved in this job were very polite and kept in contact with us throughout at all times. All debris was removed and left clean and tidy. James and his team have done an excellent job renovating and re-slating the roof of our terraced house in a conservation area. They added extra insulation, re-felted etc and reused as many of the original slates as they could. They sourced extra reclaimed slate as needed and it matches perfectly. James is great to work with. He is very professional and answers messages very quickly. He does what he says and always arrives on time. When it was drizzling with rain, they came and sat in the van outside the house until they were able to start. Reasonably priced too! Thank you, James, Paul and team.

Came very quickly to repair the ridge tile cement on my garage roof. Made a great job and very thorough. Also did a couple of little extra bits for me too which was great. James is a really nice guy and did a first class job. Highly recommend him and his business.

I called Sam with a problem of our roof leaking causing internal damage to our restaurant in Leeds. Sam attended the same day to find the source of the leak. Not only did I receive a quotation the same day, he also organised and electrician to make the lights in the damaged area safe and a plasterer to secure before a permanent fix could be made. The works were completed to a very high standard and we have no further problems. I would highly recommend Sam for any roofing issues. Great work.

Used Sam and his team on a few occasions, on my own property and on my rental properties, having known the team for over 10 years now, these guys are punctual and very knowledgeable.

We got a quote for our bay window roof doing, they came over and gave us professional images and a quote pack that also included photos of the current state of the roof. They came out cheaper than another roofer with a much longer guarantee so we proceeded. Communication was excellent from DPR and the end result was spot on. We received before, during repair and after photos. There was good communication afterwards when we needed the scaffolding removed too and they did all that side. We'll need a full new roof within the next few years and this will be the first company I contact for a quote.

DPR quickly and effectively completed extensive work on my damaged, leaking roof in July 2024, removing all 3 crumbling chimney stacks and fitting new ridges. They also arranged for robust scaffolding to be put in place for the duration of their work. Their costs were fully explained, and payment was straightforward.

All good roofing companies should by reputation be 'busy' and I took it to be a positive sign that DPR roofing provided me with a start date that meant waiting 2-3 months before the works could be carried out. Our once shabby asbestos covered garage (which leaked) now has a really smart, coloured metal, water-tight finish to it. DPR were great from start to finish. The survey was comprehensive and the surveyor was able to provide answers to all my questions as well guide me through how the new roof would work. Dave came and gave me a price for a whole new roof fitting last year. Given that Dave has done work for other members of the family we knew he would come back to use with a decent quote as well as good quality roof! Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic. Great bunch of lads and a great sense of humour! I was anxious about a leak in my roof over Christmas and Dave responded quickly, sorted me out with a quote and got me booked in right away. I had a complete new roof, dorma cladding and window fitting. They have been very reliable, and did everything they could to get the job done even throughout a storm. Turning up on freezing days and worked in strong wind and snow. Dave even checked on my roof multiple times during the storm to make sure there were no issues. Which I was so thankful for. Bailey's & Co recently completed a whole new re-roof at my property, Dave initially assessed the roof and provided different quotes for whatever roof option I chose. I agreed to the reroof and he was prompt in booking in. On the day, the guys arrived on time and completed the job within the agreed timeframe. I am very happy with the work they did - they even cleaned up after themselves and took way the old roof tiles. I would definitely not hesitate to use them again, Top lads !!
