From my first conversation with Matt, I have been impressed by this company and it's focus on the customer. I had some leaks and damp in the top room of house. Matt came to view my roof and he gave me some great advice. I decided to have the roof replaced and Matt fitted me in just before Christmas 2022. His team worked so hard in bitter cold but they made sure the house was dry and comfortable throughout. My house is quite old, so I was expecting some problems but Matt and I discussed each one as they occurred and we resolved them. It's been nearly 8 months, with some really challenging weather and the roof is great, so I know it is quality work. Plus I have the security of the 10 year guarantee. I am very happy to recommend the Purple Roofing company.

Matthew came out to do a survey on our roof following numerous leaks in the upstairs of our property. We quickly received a full report with photographs and decided to have a full new roof installation. We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out, Matthew and all his team are true professionals that really care about their customers.We were kept fully informed throughout the project, what more can you ask for. Our property was left clean and tidy on completion, a window cleaner was even sent to clean all the PVC. I would highly recommend this company. My home buyers solicitor wanted an inspection of the roof. I tried 2 other roofers they promised they would come for 2 weeks and failed to turn up. My buyers were getting distressed at the lack of results my daughter noticed Purple Roofing and I rang. The service was professional, Mat came on The same day when I explained it was holding up the sale of my home. He came and said the roof was absolutely fine so just paid for the report which was produced for the solicitor the following morning. His mantra was if it’s not broken don’t fix it. Did a great job of replacing tiles around leaking velux windows. Even though this was a small job for them they were happy to quote and complete the job. It has rained every day since but no more leaking. I’m very pleased. No messing about, job done. What more could you ask for. Highly recommend this great team of guys.

Where to start , the team at Aire Valley are just lovely! I had a report for selling my house and the roof was flagged as an issue. 1 phone call and within a matter of days I had a couple of guys up there putting it all right and all very affordable. Only use these guys if you have a problem and don’t want a drama sorting it out. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We had a full re roof by Chris and his team. They were punctual, worked long hours to get our roof finished. Excellent professional service. Chris informed us of his progress from start to finish. Chris and Co did a magnificent job at doing a whole roof redo , Roof was stripped to the bone and fixed with quality materials , Chris informed myself and the wife of when the work would start and updated us every step of the way what would happen next and what would be done, the work was finished within 2 weeks and had people inquiring who had done the roof because it looked really nice! - if you want a reliable and professional service but are a bit nervous or unsure about who or how to go about it i would recommend Chris and Golden Acorn as they fixed the roof and in my book passed with flying colours , cant recommend enough :)

Highly recommend Chris and the team. After initial contact, he called up within a day to view the work needed and we received a quote for new soffit's, fascia's and guttering within a few days. Once the work was started, we realised we needed a total re-roof, Chris gave us a very detailed quote, which we received the next day. The team were extremely hard working, very professional and friendly. Chris kept us in the loop with how the work was progressing and once completed, he checked that we were completely happy with everything before the scaffolding came down. Chris was very quick to visit to assess and quote for the repairs and work required on our roof He and his team arrived promptly when they said they would and appear to have done a first class job on removing a chimney stack and repairing our roof. His team were polite and helpful throughout and each evening thoroughly cleaned the area and left everything tidy before returning the next day. Chis checked in with us each of the days they were working to ensure we were happy with everything and had no problems and answer any questions we had. Easy to deal with, the quality of work is excellent, and the price was fair. I chose Frank Ryan and Sons because they're a Which? Trusted Trader, and on complete reroofs they offer a 10 Year guarantee. Now the job is complete, I'm glad I chose them. The people. I dealt with Ben Ryan on site and Antonia Ryan when I contacted the office. Both listened to my questions and concerns before answering. Everyone I dealt with with at Frank Ryan and Sons was knowledgeable, skilled, businesslike and easy to get on with. The quote. I was given a quote, not an estimate. And the final bill was what they quoted. The work. I got a complete reroof, chimney pointed, lead work, and gutter. I'm delighted with the quality of the work done. The Price. I don't like parting with money. But I think what I got was definitely worth what I paid. When looking at the price I considered these things. Cost of materials plus scaffolding, skip, etc. VAT. Cost of the actual work. And because I got a complete reroof, I can't ignore the value of the 10 year guarantee I received. In my opinion, my new roof was good value for money. The end result. I've got exactly what I wanted, a roof that I'm confident will stand the test of time. The whole experience was as stress free as getting new roof can be. And although I hate parting with money, I'm glad I did this. A final note about trust. For me, dealing with a roofer is all about trust. I've dealt with Frank Ryan and Sons several times over the last 20 or 30 years. I've always found them to be honest and trustworthy. I'm glad I chose Frank Ryan and Sons.

We live in Bingley and asked Bingley Roofing to make some repairs to our 30 year old roof. They came to assess the job ( very promptly) and gave us a honest assessment of what needed to be done. They did not try to sell us a new roof that we didn't need (which one of their competitors did). Their quote was very competitive and, now that the work is complete, we are confident the price was excellent value for money. Eddie and Gavin were very thorough in their work and also in cleaning up after themselves ( always appreciated when we have trades round). Eddie has been a roofer for over 40 years and was clearly very experienced, asking relevant questions and checking our requirements.
