After a bad experience with a roofer we were urgently looking for help to complete our roof. Felix from High Design Roofing responded quickly. He noted our concerns on poor quality workmanship, found others and quoted us the same day. On agreeing the quote he had a team of 5 roofers here within 48 hours along with the materials needed and completed repairs within two days- this included replacing ridge tiles, redoing valleys etc on a complex roof. His manner and work ethics are good, and he listens to concerns and finds solutions. He was expensive but the quality of work and peace of mind were worth it.

Really impressed with Felix. He was super prompt with supplying a quote and getting round to get the work done on our chimney. It was competitive pricing and done quickly. There's a ten year guarantee so you feel in good hands. His communication was really good and even came over one day in person to tell me when the weather was too bad to do the work. Would use again.

High Design did a great job replacing our roof from start to finish, within a week of contacting Felix he came out, priced the work, on agreement the scaffolding was up on the Friday and by the end of Monday the work was done. The lads were very efficient and professional and all the rubbish was taken away. We are very happy with the work done and would recommend

Steve and his team are friendly, professional and honest. The level of workmanship is top quality and the communication and support Steve provides before, during and after the job made me feel completely at ease. There was no hard sell, no upselling and no pressure. We have just had our fascias and dry verge tiles replaced along with new guttering and fall pipes. Steve was on hand to ensure that everything ran smoothly. His team did a great job from start to finish and kept us informed on their progress. At the end of each day they cleaned up after themselves and kept everything neat and tidy. He originally gave me a quote for a full job and on what needed fixing/sorting, so transparent and honest from the start without pushing for work not needed doing. He updated me on changes with the time/date he’d be able to start work and cracked on with the job, with pictures sent after to show me what he had done. Our roof started leaking just as we were about to leave for the airport which caused us a lot of panic. Bailey and Co roofing were quick to fit us in and came to diagnose the problem quickly. They were back within a couple of days to replace the lead flashing and we were thrilled with the result. They sent photo and video evidence of the work they had done and we are very satisfied with their work.

Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic. Great bunch of lads and a great sense of humour! I was anxious about a leak in my roof over Christmas and Dave responded quickly, sorted me out with a quote and got me booked in right away. I had a complete new roof, dorma cladding and window fitting. They have been very reliable, and did everything they could to get the job done even throughout a storm. Turning up on freezing days and worked in strong wind and snow. Dave even checked on my roof multiple times during the storm to make sure there were no issues. Which I was so thankful for. The communication was great, Dave always had time to answer any questions and gave a full debrief at the end of every day. Andy and the team at Roofserve was so helpful when a previous contractor had fitted traditional wooden guttering incorrectly and caused damage to our roof. Andy came to assess the situation within hours and the work was booked in promptly. The whole team were highly professional from start to finish and did a very thorough job. Highly recommend ! We had our dormer roof replaced early September 2023. From the quote to after service this company delivered a professional and courteous service . After replacing my bay windows, I needed to replace the lead flashing and canopy. I contacted several so-called specialist companies who either did not turn up or were not interested in undertaking the work. One independent said he could do the job (August 2024) then he said he had a holiday and made excuse after excuse and then gave me a date (Jan 2025)! So, what has this got to do with a review for Roofserve, they simply are not like this and are very professional. I contacted Roofserve and very quickly a site visit was arranged so an exact price could be calculated. The surveyor arrived exactly on time and used a high-tech camera to take pictures of the condition of the original lead work. He explained everything very clearly and said a quote would be available in a couple of days. The quote duly arrived and I accepted and made arrangements for the work to be completed (Sept 2024). Geof and Kev arrived exactly on time and completed the job in a very professional way. They were happy to answer any questions, and cleaned up the work area when they had completed the work. The standard of the work is excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Roofserve and in particular Geof and Kev.

Another great job from Taylor Roofing! I have used this firm for nearly 20 years and always been highly satisfied. Today two smashing blokes named Kev and Geoff came to strengthen a sagging pitched roof for me. What great guys!. They kept me informed of what needed doing every step of the way and they took time to show me photographs of the work they had done before they left. They were really tidy workers, too. Craig came out 4 quote to price up full roof l8er it came via email,decided 4 roof repair coming l8er to quote friendly no trouble for help.After some thought decided to go with replacement roof as less than 10k & roof 50+ years old excellent choice of tile types ,colours,2 thickness,awaiting for site manager nick to contact for job to be started.Dean rang 6/11/24 to say scaffold coming 8/11/24 from us 10am then reroof 11/11/24 8am both dates on time, this was done in a day! with loads of roofers, cleared up mess & even removed old carpet in loft with no trouble,great set of lads .At the end showed photo's before of stripped roof ( what a mess) & afterwards such an improvement comes with 20 year guarantee .If roofers needed these are highly recommended well worth it for the price

We had DPR do out GRP fibreglass flat roof. Right from the off they were personable and professional. Neil who did the initial survey was lovely and couldn’t be more helpful and informative. I was really happy with DPR roofing, they came out quickly to quote and then to complete the work. We were chuffed as had water coming in to our bedroom ceiling and they sorted it quick. All the men I met were very friendly, polite and professional and did a fantastic job. They were reasonably priced as we wanted to just repair our roof until we can afford a new roof and we were very happy with the work they completed. Excellent response time, extremely professional and amazing customer service all second to none. Needed a roof tile replacing during the recent storm. I requested a quote in the evening not thinking I would hear back till the next day, but not only did Darren message me pretty much instantly, he arranged for a team to visit me first thing the next day. I received numerous messages out of working hours to ensure that my emergency was sorted. The roofing team promptly repaired the roof tile as well as sealing a broken gutter (which was not part of the original job) all whilst storm Babet was at its worst. We cannot praise DPR Roofing Wakefield enough and have already contacted them about further work.
