Carl is courteous and professional. His men turned up, did the job fast and left no mess. There was an issue after with my hatch not shutting, which one of his men kindly tried to address even though not a carpenter. Alas not successful. Carl was totally accountable and professional, sending a proper carpenter to sort asap. All good! I highly recommend him, and star his service 10/10 as a result of this.

Surrey Roofing Specialists Ltd did an excellent job on our St. Ives home, and we really appreciate that. We asked a few roofers to quote to redo a flat roof, some gable wall cementing and some flashing. I am pleased that we chose Carl and his team at Surrey Roofing Specialists. When Carl was assessing the problem, he suggested various alternatives rather than selecting the most expensive. He was very amenable and reactive and hence I decided to give the contract to him. Carl and team were extremely professional and just so easy to deal with - it makes such a difference when you trade with such teams. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Work was finished on time, to a high standard, clean and with very minimal disruption. I then asked for Carl and team to look at the bay window roofs, and he was back the next couple of days to complete them. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends.

Carl and team were polite, gracious, helpful and determined to fix our leak. Carl in particular was generous and tenacious in his endeavours to resolve a problem which was not as simple as it first seemed. Professional, friendly and trustworthy family run roofing company. Danny a detailed quote within 48 and explained repairs needed. Once instructed, we were given clear start dates and kept informed of progress throughout. They were on time, polite to both us and our neighbours and really grafted to keep the job moving in good time. Once job was complete all rubbish was tidied away and photos provided to evidence the standard of work, they were happy to answer any additional questions we had and all work came with 20 year guarantee! Highly recommend Danny & his company and would definitely use again if needed.

I required an urgent refit for a dislodged roof tile and contacted Crownex. Jed responded, provided a fixed price quote and visited within the hour. The repair was quicker than expected and Jed discounted the fixed price and provided advice on potential issues with other areas of the roof that he had identified. Highline Roofing have recently finished a complete new slate roof on our house plus chimney rebuild and new guttering. They came highly recommended and we could not be happier with the work they have done. Ashley and Jay proved to be very experienced in their trade and work extremely well together. They really got on with the job with no fuss and did not trouble us at all, just keeping us updated with videos and pictures to show us how the work was progressing. They were punctual and polite and able to problem solve anything unforeseen as they went along. Their supplies and their scaffolding services were first class and they showed us the quality of all materials they used for the work, which was very reassuring.
