He was friendly and professional, fixing the gutter that was leaking in three places in no time. I'm impressed with how quickly he responded and how well he handled the repairs. He came quickly to give his quote which was reasonable and fair, explaining clearly what he would do. He did not set a date saying he would squeeze the job in as soon as possible. He actually did the job faster than the lead in time offered by any of the five other companies that quoted for the job. On the day the team of four arrived on time and they worked quickly and cheerfully. They brought all the materials needed which were of good quality. Steve was on hand to answer my questions and explain what they were doing. They tidied up as they went along. They did extra bits to get the job finished professionally. The job was finished off to a high standard and l am very pleased with the result. The whole experience with Steve and his team was excellent, l have no hesitation in recommending him.

We recently discovered a leak in our roof, and contacted Sunders Roofing to help. From start to finish they were perfect, plenty of communication, arrived the next day promptly, quoted very fairly and even tidied up after themselves. The service was faultless, and the before and after photos to show what they'd done were a really nice touch, to give that peace of mind. We will 100% be using Jake and Saunders Roofing again whenever we have any need in the future.

The work was carried out professionally by an obvious professional company who are dedicated to doing a good job. I always felt comfortable with their knowledge and those of their chosen scaffolders to do the job as promised and as contracted.

They came and looked at removing a redundant chimney stack that was for an old anthracite boiler and was flaking at the top. An appointment was made and two people removed the stack and retiled a small section of the roof. They were prompt, pleasant, efficient and tidy. A difficult job finished in a day and a half with minimum mess or fuss. Very pleasing with a sensible, reasonable price.

Great care and attention were given to this project from start to finish. Replacing the non-standard skylights presented several challenges. Dean consistently opted for a higher quality, perfectionist approach rather than taking easier shortcuts. He and his team clearly have extensive experience with various roof constructions and are adept in both interior and exterior work. The result is a set of skylights that are securely fitted and look fantastic. The seamless integration with the original upstands is truly impressive.

I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us informed all the way through about the issues and what he could do to help the situation and gave us options.
