Professional, helpful and always on time. Very happy to recommend them. David and his team have helped us several times over the years. Most recently in replacing the main gutter and re-aligning down pipes as part of a refurbishment of the front elevation of our terraced house. David was happy to work with the main contractor for access and planned his work to fit in around the major tasks. He is gives honest advice, is notably tidy and is respectful of property when accessing or working on the roof. Have been happy to recommend him to several neighbours and will continue to do so.

What an amazing master roofer, professional! After commissioning another contractor for a sizeable job on a Victorian terraced house in London hoping to get quality (when paying more so we didnt go cheap) it almost became a disaster as the contractor wanted more and more money for 'additional work'. Our family went over budget and then we decided we needed to get a second opinion as towards the end the work the current contractor done so far did not look right. Well after all the work if the roof is still leaking i know that is definitely not right. Frankie was honest straightforward and when i passed on his comments and technical information to the current contractor they could not say anything other than they will rectify the issue (prior to this they would not do it as they said it was beyond what they could do...!) My current contractor wanted to charge excessively for the additional work which didnt make sense but i told them that I have a master roofer confirming that their work was not up to British standards and the current contractor had no choice but to agree and change their mind. Luckily Frankie spotted this early as it would lead to further leaking later on had it not been rectified.... We could not really trust the current contractor any longer after being helped by Frankie and so we commissioned BT Roofing to finish the job properly. The work rate Frankie has is amazing. He was punctual and worked hard all the time and even on weekends if he was available and didnt waste time loitering on the phone like other contractors and was just proud to show off his work which we were very pleased with! Cleaned up every day, and even helped clean up the previous contractor's mess... A fantastic person as well as he gave advice without a charge and any expectations. Was a genuinely good person and very able roofer and contractor, could not recommend enough!!! Thank you Frankie!

After a troubling building survey on the property I was buying, Frankie carried out a health check on the roof and lead flashing. He absolutely put my mind, and the sellers mind at rest, doing a full check and then taking the time to explain it all to us afterwards, and any concerns we may have had immediately went away. He even replaced a slipped tile while he was doing the checks! Happy in the knowledge that we have no immediate concerns with the property, we will most certainly have Frankie carry out any work that may be needed in the future! What a really nice guy, 100% would recommend him to anyone.

Frankie is an exceptional professional from start to finish. He arrived within 30 minutes of the initial call to remove falling mortar over a public footpath from the roof following previous work completed by a rogue trader to ensure public safety during a Sunday evening. He provided us with a detailed quote, written warranty of his work and a detailed report at the end of his findings and the work carried out. He went the extra mile for an extra work we decided to get done on the chimney. Great communication, very tidy and clean work. He kept us updated throughout the process. We are so happy that we chose Brandon Roofing for the roof replacement of our 1930s semi in Epsom this past summer. I first contacted Brandon in late spring and he came out to take a look, discuss options and provide a quotation. He was very thorough in going over everything and answering all our questions. Brandon and his team members Luke, Glenn, Max, Luke started the work about a month later just as we had agreed. The work involved stripping everything back to rafters and a complete re-roof using clay titles, and the work also included dormers, flat roofs, fascia/soffits, guttering, etc. Brandon and his team members were very professional, knowledgeable and hard working – and just generally really nice guys. Throughout the process, Brandon kept me up-to-date with the progress, and he was very helpful in accommodating some specific requirements for ventilation systems. All work finished in three weeks and they left things tidy. The final result looks really neat and we are filled with confidence that we don’t need to worry about our roof going forward. Also, Brandon organised for the scaffolding to be kept afterwards for some other work, and then came back later to finalise some bits that had been inaccessible. A roof replacement is a big expense but with Brandon and his team we felt it was money well spent. I would give Brandon my very warmest recommendations – not only because of a job well done but also because he is very personable and pleasant to work with.

Can highly recommend Surrey Roofs. Martin and his team retiled a large roof for us which also included 5 small flat roofs, addition of insulation, 2 veluxs, a sun tunnel and replacement of guttering. All were hard working, professional and friendly. Martin and Jack worked with us to ensure that the final result was in character with the style of the house.

Don’t look any further …. If you need any work done to your roof or gutters give Martin and Jack a call. Having bought a 100 year old house that had it’s original leaky roof, we asked Surrey Roofs to retile the entire house and renew the liquid rubber roof on a flat area of the kitchen. The team fitted new batons to the roof where needed, repointed chimneys and brickwork, and completed the work on time and on budget. The guys were doing such a good job that we asked for their advice on other areas of the house, and added in installation of a replacement velux window, three sun tunnel skylights in the roof, and three roof lanterns in the kitchen. Again all were done within agreed timeframes and budget, and the work carried out was to an extremely high standard. Finally we agreed some painting of the property, including the fascia and soffits, and the roof lanterns in the kitchen. A huge shout out to Pete who’s a whizz with a paint brush. As you can see we added a number of items to the original spec, that’s because Surrey Roofs really know what they’re doing, are excellent communicators, and are a great group of guys to have around. Szymek and Adam were an absolute pleasure, a special mention for Connor who went above and beyond regularly. Martin and Jack have built a fantastic family business, and we won’t hesitate to use them again.

Martin, and the team recently completely reroofed our entire house. This was necessary due to loft insulation foam putting a pause on our house sale. We were tight for time (seeking to keep our buyers interested) and so took the recommendation of using Surrey Roofs from a friend. The turnaround time and understanding Martin and team showed was fantastic and we were really pleased with the way the whole job was managed. The foam was bonded directly to the inside of the tiles so was not going to be possible to simply remove from the existing tiles. Video and photo updates that Martin was happy to share helped demonstrate this and exactly how well the job was progressing. Martin and Jack came around to quote for a new roof. We had a few of quotes from different companies but Martin and Jack stood head and shoulders above their competition. It was their personalities and professionalism that won the day for us. Compared to the others, they were extraordinarily confidence inspiring and didn’t talk the talk of excrement from a four legged farm animal. Our main contact was Martin, and he was very communicative about start dates and details we needed specifying in our job. Upon commencement of the work, Martin and Jack’s team were an absolute pleasure to have round. We needed our fascias, gutters and soffits replaced. We got a great quote from Homefront Roofline Surrey Ltd, who were knowledgeable and friendly, not too pushy and said there was no need to pay a deposit, we could pay them on completion of the work. The work was meant to start the week of 'The beast from the East 2', which hit Surrey with lots of snow, ice and freezing wind chill. Greg called us the night before and we agreed to postpone the work by a couple of days. After the snow had stopped Greg and his team of friendly, professional guys arrived and started setting up the scaffolding, with relative ease. We have a large conservatory out back, but this was not a problem and they carefully raised their scaffolding over it offering plenty of protection. They then went about taking down the old fascias, gutters and soffits and replacing them with new oakwood style UPVC, which looked fantastic. Throughout the time they were at our property the team were helpful, friendly, adhered to the social distancing rules and despite the bitter freezing cold wind that was blowing (at one point it was -8C), they went about doing a fantastic job. When the job was done, they removed all the rubbish and left our house the way they found it. We are really pleased with everything they have done for us and we would highly recommend Greg and his team at Homefront Roofline Surrey Ltd to anyone wanting new fascias, gutters and soffits replaced.

Great care and attention were given to this project from start to finish. Replacing the non-standard skylights presented several challenges. Dean consistently opted for a higher quality, perfectionist approach rather than taking easier shortcuts. He and his team clearly have extensive experience with various roof constructions and are adept in both interior and exterior work. The result is a set of skylights that are securely fitted and look fantastic. The seamless integration with the original upstands is truly impressive.

I really cannot recommend Dean and the team highly enough. Dean originally came to give us a quote to install Velux windows in a bedroom and the kitchen. These were installed quickly and efficiently and the rooms were left clean and clear at the end of the day. Over and above the original work, Dean also sorted out a condensation issue in the kitchen and fixed a leaking flat roof! The workmanship was excellent, done to time and with a reasonable budget. Dean is clearly very knowledgeable in this area. He kept us informed all the way through about the issues and what he could do to help the situation and gave us options.
