Excellent repair work done by Stu on our flat roof and main roof. He photographed everything and when quoting Stu talked me through the problem and how to repair it with photos too which was so helpful to understand what was going on. He even popped back to replace a cracked tile at no extra charge.

Had an issue with the guttering and a leak after all the heavy rain recently. Stuart came round same day I called to have a look at the job and then proceeded to come back the next day to carry out the job. Such great service, amazing job done and a really lovely guy to boot. Highly recommend to anyone and we would use him again in a heartbeat if we needed anything. Thanks Stu!

I can’t recommend Stu high enough! We had multiple leaks on our outbuilding flat roof and were at our wits end, I found Clayridge after a quick google search, phoned Stu and he popped in literally 15 mins later on his way home. He is such a kind, friendly, genuine guy who put me at ease immediately. Stu explained everything all the way through and nothing was too much trouble. I have a 6 month old baby so was worried it would be disruptive but Stu was amazing, he worked his socks off and finished everything in a couple of days, and to such a high standard… the roof looks incredible! Definitely my go to guy now… very trustworthy and reliable which is hard to find!

Stuart was immediately helpful on the phone and managed to get a call back from him on time to arrange a date to check a roof leak. He immediately got straight to the point and said the cause for it and what needs to be done. Gave a very good and cheap price at the start. Even managed to show us his work and how he is going to do it. Even though my parents spoke little english, he was still friendly and chatty with them. Would definitely recommend him for anyone that needs any doing on the roof.

Phipps Roofing were great in their assessment of the roofing repairs and tile options in order to match in with the character of the house. The work was carried out to a high standard and the team were always very respectful in and around the house. Eamon was informative throughout and prompt in returning for any snagging works required. They are specilaists in their trade especially with regards to the high quality of lead work carried out to our dormer and chimneys. This was the first time I had used Phipps Roofing, I just looked on google maps for a local roofing company. You never quite know what you'll get, but, they were brilliant! Professional, genuine, friendly, modern and experienced. We had already installed an extractor fan in our bathroom, it needed to go up into the loft and out through the tiles above. They have a 'can do' approach and sent one of the team over that week. I had a tile outlet kit already, but they advised me it was for a different type of tile, without fuss they organised the correct one for the job and brought it with them. From outside it blends into the other tiles so well, you can't really see it. Perfect. It's good to know, there are still great companies out there who pride themselves in their work and customer service at a good price. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Eamon Phipps and his team have repointed our chimney and coated it with a waterproofing compound as we had water ingress in the bedroom. We were very impressed with the efficiency of Phipps Roofing and they offer good value for money. We can highly recommend them.

Needed some loose tiles fixed at back of house the quote was good value and they arrived same day . Overall quality and value was excellent.

Baz came over really quickly to give me a quote for a damaged pipe that went into my roof and was causing water damage in my kitchen. As the job was fairly small and easy to remedy he actually did if for free. I was so impressed by this gesture and would definitely use again for bigger jobs

Dan was working on a neighbours house and fixed some tiles on our roof that he had spotted where missing. We then contracted him to fix our storm damaged roof. Dan was very professional and tidy and made a great job cleaning the roof from moss, fixing broken tiles and installing a dry ridge and new lead troughing. Would definitely recommend Dan

Dan has been fantastic, he is considerate and professional and took real care in creating a new roof for us over our garage. It was using composite slate tiles and needed to match our main roof. The result is such a good job I'm really pleased to recommend him, we're really happy with all the work, it's really neat and tidy work and we can't fault it. He also came back to help us fix a gutter issue which we were having which he didn't have to, we really appreciate going the extra mile. We will be in touch in the future if we have any other jobs! Used Dan a few times for facias/soffits, roof work and lead work. Always use Dan because he does what he says and has an eye for detail. Nothing has ever got damaged and my property has been treated with respect. Would highly recommend.
