John has done a few jobs for me over the last 10 years or so and his work is always first class. True gent. He fitted a flat roof to my garage and now after 10 years an insurance inspection has found the roof is still in excellent condition. The work stands the test of time! Highly recommended.

I cannot thank John and his team enough. These lads had a mammoth task on their hands as this job required that John identified a number of problems caused by previous builders from out of town (cowboys in my opinion), strip the roof back to ensure that there were no fundamental issues or damage inflicted and then replace all existing work and current materials with the best new materials available. I discussed the situation with John before he began so he understood what was needed, and between us we decided on what work was to be completed. From the very first minute on the roof these boys went to town, getting the old mess completely removed and setting about laying top quality membrane, batons and tiles. To say they were well organised is a huge understatement. It was like having machines up there. By the end of day 1 I could already see the impact they'd had, with over 90% coverage already completed. Throughout the days they never faltered in their work commitment and John took me up several times to show me their progress as it happened. The end result is that my home now looks and feels like a new build, with absolutely all previous issues now a thing of the past. The pictures taken don't quite do his work justice, but all I can say is what a legend. I will recommend John and the lads to everyone I speak to, as I don't think his work can be beaten. I contacted John after the storm as my roof edges were hanging off. After sending him pictures he gave a price and said he would get to me ASAP. Within a few days he rang to say he was on his way and came within 20 minutes. He just did the job with no fuss. I feel I can sleep easy now knowing it's not going to fall off and damage my neighbours car. He is a really nice man and very genuine. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. I have already asked him to do another job and he will let me know when he can do it. I have every confidence in him.

Would have been 5 stars but unfortunately the scaffolders caused a lot of damage to our garage and porch roof which although mostly repaired by the roofers there were still broken tiles I have had to replace and debris to clear. They also cracked our drainpipe when removing the scaffold. Rob was very helpful in getting a good match on the main roof tiles and the finished job does looks excellent so overall I would recommend Warrington Roofing.

Cannot say enough about Rob and the lads who sorted my roof out. The finish is better than I could have imagined. The whole operation was efficient, fast and professional. i fully understand why this company has the reputation it has as the top roofing company in Warrington; and my neighbours have hired these guys now! Absolutely incredible service from start to finish. These pictures really don't do it justice to the level of work that went in to making this roof sexy!!!! The poor weather conditions did not prevent these guys from cracking on and really exceeding expectations. We have just had a full roof replacement completed by Peter and the team at PMR and couldn’t be happier with the result and the way in which they went about the task. We had our roof fully replaced. We did call diferrent contractor for quotes and opinion to fix our roof. None was as professional and transparent as PMR Roofing. So we decided to choose them and we have zero regrets. Very professional, good price, with no surprise fees or extra costs, warranty given and very respectful while doing the job. I had a problem with water running down my exterior wall when it rained , which had started to cause water damage inside as well . A dissapointing and expensive experience with a previous tradesman , who neglected to resolve the issue , left me a little unsure and nervous of where to turn to next . I rang Peter at PMR roofing and asked if he could come out and assess and give me a quote , i certainly wish i had rang him first off . He couldnt have been more helpful . He took photos of the damage , found the source of the water and gave me a very competitive no obligation quote within hours of first contact . The job was completed 48 hours later , again he took photos of everything he replaced . Tidy , punctual , polite and professional . Have just had a complete re-roof done and can't sing PMR's praises enough. From the initial visit to discuss and quote through to the actual job itself Peter kept us in the loop. The taking down of the chimney and the removal of the old roof was done with speed and efficiency and the new roof and fascias and guttering were all installed again with good speed and efficiency. The end product is brilliant and that will be a job that won't need doing again for many years. Would recommend to any one looking for roofing or even just guttering. Great service and workmanship and great bunch of guys
