Great experience. Gary came around at the agreed time to get details on the quote. He explained things well, sent me the quote details quickly etc. Once booked in, his team turned up promptly (actually, they could do it a day earlier than planned), were courteous, very good at explaining what they had found, working around the issue, and the end result looks great. It hasn't rained yet, but so far the experience has been perfect and much better than with other roofers I've dealt with in the past.

I originally reached out to Tony and the team to get 2nd opinion on a roofing job for my father's property, as I was concerned the first vendor was not trustworthy. Tony came around within two days and advised us of the issue we could encounter as he made us aware that some vendors would pray on the elderly and explained what needed to be done. He got us a quote over and was already saving my father several thousand pounds. Our roof needed an immediate complete rebuild following damage sustained (5-bedroom semi detached property) Gary and his team were able to assess the roof, provide a quote and start work in a timely fashion. Gary was able to advise the work required, and made several important recommendations. The entire team were incredibly polite and diligent throughout the entire project.
