Steve really took the time to work out the right solution for us, not wanting to take on the job (or our money) unless he could fix the problem. Once a solution was found, he was promptly back to do the work. On the day he was very quick and tidy with his work and left with everything cleared and cleaned. Very professional. A great experience all around and I really appreciated his honesty and respect towards our property. A very happy customer indeed!
