In Feb 2024, Kinson & Birch carried out works to rectify a leak. 7 months later, a leak recurred in the same area. K&B investigated and advised replacing entire flat roof (which had leaked on & off in different locations over the years), offering a £500 discount for Feb works. Slight delay starting repair due to weather, but Tom has now just completed our roof replacement within time promised. K&B is responsive to queries and seem very professional and trustworthy. Would recommend and would use again.

Kinson & Birch refurbished the existing felt roof of my garage and outbuilding. It was coated it with Desmopol products including a final top coat. I am very pleased with the work and in all my discussions with them. The team on site were very helpful in explaining what they were doing at each stage. They were clean, tidy and professional. I am confident a good job was done. I would highly recommend them and would very happy to use them again.

Kinson and Birch did a great job redoing our extension flat roof which had been done very badly by our builders. Really nice people and efficiently done – also great value compared to other quotes. When, 2 years later, a small hole appeared where the desmoflex had come away from the downpipe, they sent a man over within a day to fix it and then sent a decorator over at their expense to touch up inside. I’ve used a lot of builders & tradesmen in the past and had lots of “guarantees”. These guys are different. I really couldn’t recommend their services more highly.
