John was really helpful in explaining the issue I was having with my roof and gave me a few different options, explaining the benefits of each so I could decide what the best would be for me. He booked the work in very quickly even at such a busy time of year, and his team finished the job early which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

John initially responded to what was a problem with some ridge tiles. With regret the age of the roof meant that any attempt to lift tiles then resulted in more damage as these tiles were in the region of 85-90 years old. John then came up with a plan to replace the roof at very short notice, which we accepted. The crew he used were very good experienced roofers and the roof was replaced quickly and efficiently and after they had finished, they guys left a very neat and tidy site. Since the job was finished, I had a surveyor come round to check that all was well and the standard of work on the roof was described as "Well above average." CNEM carry liability insurance and I was sent copy of the certificate. Thanks to John for a good job.

Did a brilliant job. We had a previous roofer come and fixed the wrong issue (looks like they sent someone quite junior initially to take a look). John came spotted the issue, sent his guys to do a temporary fix the next day, until he could return the following week. Then replaced my roof in 4 days in middle of winter. Charged me what they quoted me, builders were tidy, quick and polite, and - as is a flat(ish) roof - managed to do it without scaffolding saving me some cost. Would recommend them again.

Made contact with John, as there was issues with chimney causing leak into the house. He gave me very sound advice with options. After deciding what I wanted to do, appointment made and John attended with crew. Chimney removed and retiled. All work was completed within the time given. Communication with John and crew very helpful and professional. Would definitely recommend this company.
