Apologies for this very overdue review. On 5th/6th November '24 Jonathan and his team refelted 2 dormers, repointed verge and ridge tiles and rendered a chimney stack. Throughout the time they were with us we were kept fully informed of the progress made. This was backed up by photos and video. From initial contact with Jonathan I was impressed with his professionalism and had total confidence in him. I would definitely use Jonathan and his team in the future and have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

I contacted this Which? Trusted Trader to replace a cracked flat roof on a kitchen extension and to investigate leaks in a tiled sloping roof on a garage conversion. On the former, old asphalt has been replaced using modern methods to a very high standard and at fraction of the cost of other estimates; Mr Bennett achieved this by correctly predicting that the underlying structure was basically sound and did not need complete removal as suggested by others; the job was therefore completed in one long hardworking day instead of up to one week. I was convinced the sloping roof would need stripping, but for just a few hundred pounds, Mr Bennett suggested some simple fixes for areas where water was probably ingressing, potentially saving thousands of pounds. Even if this does not work, his solution for replacing the roof will be considerably cheaper than other proposals and I will certainly engage him again. In short, Mr Bennett was very professional, putting my interests to the fore and producing work of the highest quality.
