Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. He’s going to return at a to be agreed time to fix another issue and has already offered dates. Highly satisfied and refreshing to get such great levels of communication. Thanks Scott

We had our roof repaired and replaced by Scott and every part of the process was excellent. The quotation and scope of work were very clear and we were talked through the whole process very clearly. The work was excellent and done very promptly, on time and within the original budget. We were updated each day on progress and sent photos of the work. Used Scott’s roofing after asking for a few quotes to get new flat roof, repair faulty valley, add lead flashings on all parapet walls among other things. Would definitely strongly recommend, Scott is a very reliable, very efficient roofer and his work has been very good. The key to choosing Scott was that I had the feeling that the work would be done quickly and to a high standard. Other roofing companies never really committed to a start date - efficiency and reliability are an absolute must when you have issues with your roof and Scott really delivers on both fronts. Communication throughout was also very good, lots of photos sent every day. Scott is always available for a quick chat to explain. He also suggested a few other things we had not spotted that needed doing. I am not used to posting reviews but genuinely found that choosing a roofing company can be a headache, so hope this can help others in London when deciding how to choose a roofer. We had various different companies come to quote to fix a leaky roof, all gave us different solutions at different costs. John was the only one to take photos of the initial investigation, pointing out what he felt to be the issues. Gave us a "worst case" quote to ensure all contingencies were included. We selected him based on the evidence that he provided up front as well as his knowledge. The team showed up as planned and worked through is some pretty wet and cold conditions from early to late to get the job done. The team kept me up to date as they progressed, showing pictures of the faults they found and fixed along the way. Site was completely cleaned down at the end of the work. Such a great group of guys and would highly recommend them. While they may not be the cheapest the level of service and quality of work is definitely worth every penny

Keith is a rare breed, always where he said he would be, when he said he would be! The team worked diligently, carefully and to the agreed cost. We has a slight issue with the quality of work on one aspect of our job (which spanned roofing repairs, gutter repairs, tiling and painting works) and without argument it was swiftly rectified as part of the agreed price. If you are looking for an honest and fair tradesman I would 100% recommend them.

We’re really happy with the work and turn around from ER Group. We used a cheaper and less experienced roofing company initially that left us with a huge hole in our ceiling for 6 months. Jack and the team were able to install, plaster, sort electrics and decorate bespoke windows in three rooms in less than 3 weeks. This company did EXCELLENT work for me, fixing an issue with rain ingress around loft dormer windows and onto the ceiling below. I chose them because of the quality of work they did on my neighbour's roof where they fixed a long standing issue. The work involved diagnosing the issue, slate tiling, lead work, taking windows out and back in and all the detailing on ensure rain runs effectively off the roof and dormers. Jack manages the company superbly and my project from start to finish. He promptly got one of his teams comprising of Andi, Tim and Arlind working for me. I needed quick work because of selling my home and because Jack has a number of people working for him, he was able to respond fast. Andi, Tim and Arland came everyday for 4 days, arrived on time, worked hard, were professional, friendly and very skilled at what they did and rightly proud of it. They left no stone unturned in properly diagnosing and fixing the issue and I 100% recommend them. Thank you to ER Roofing.

Fantastic builders - cannot recommend Jack and his team highly enough. We used ER Group to build a roof terrace extension and do some interior updates including remodelling two bathrooms. They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. The communication with Jack was excellent throughout and he helped us bring our vision to life despite us only having some fairly vague planning drawings to go off. Left everything clean and tidy and even came back afterwards to fix the most minor details. Most importantly, we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. We would use again and recommend without hesitation.

recently used London Rood Specialists to replace our office roof in Central London. They did a fantastic job that went extremely smoothly considering they were working on a 4 story building near Regent's St. They all worked extremely hard to get the job done in good time. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Also I would like to say a thank you to everyone involved in this job for all their hard work and making my life a lot easier than I was expecting it to be.

Replacing a roof was made painless by the London Roofing Specialist team. I had been dreading it and met with a number of companies before finally going ahead with LRS. The process was seamless from the erection of the scaffolding, removal and replacement of the flat roof, the installation of a Velux skylight, coping stones on the parapet walls and a new deep flow guttering system. All was done well within the 10 day period, they were professional, punctual starting at 8am each day, hard working, well mannered which came as a surprise 😂 and they left the site clean. Last but not least there were no hidden extras when I received their final invoice .. to be highly recommended 🤩

Turned out to be a major operation as tiles were so old, but now all good. Brad and Max who dealt with upper and lower roofs worked non-stop and are super nice and totally professional.
