We had become wary of traders when each one suggested doing something different to our roof. In the short time it took for James and his team to identify and resolve our roofing problems we felt that he was the 'real deal' and deserves 5 stars.

We asked 4 roofers to quote on a roof replacement and James at Rushmoore Roofing felt the most reliable and knowledgeable, plus a few of our neighbours and local friend had recommended them too. The communication was great, work was carried out efficiently - genuinely surprised how fast it all was! Price felt reasonable for the good service and workmanship delivered. A great overall experience and would highly recommend.

Really pleased that we brought James and his team in for our flat roof renovation. He's an honest, humble guy who really knows his stuff. As well as the quality job which James did, what I especially appreciated (and what I think differentiates James compared to the other contractors we spoke to) was that James very clearly understood who I was as a customer (i.e. a bit clueless with all things roof-related!) and was able to explain things very clearly, answer all my questions and reassure me about the job and the (lack of) damage which the leak had done. His team were also incredibly polite and courteous. Would thoroughly recommend!

Highly recommend James and his team. We had a pretty bad leak in our recently purchased home. James came out the same day I called him to take a look and immediately advised on necessary repairs. As he carried out the repairs he found numerous issues with our roof that our building survey had completely missed. James recommended options for us to resolve the issues without ever being pushy or trying to sell us on unnecessary work. We ended up using James to completely repair our roof (front, back and on a flat roof and a badly done loft conversion). Throughout he was reassuring and made sure we understood exactly what work needed doing, how much it cost and how quickly it would be done. The communication was great throughout and he replaced our entire roof in just over a week. Everything was done to a really high standard and left perfectly clean afterwards. All the positive reviews are accurate, James is a real professional who knows what he is doing and takes pride in his work. We cannot recommend him highly enough!

James and his team did a fabulous job, from evaluation to quote to completion - all done over the christmas and new year period too. Very knowledgeable, and clearly committed to delivering great quality work at a reasonable and fair price, I am very pleased with their work - especially after some less good experiences with other roofers in recent years.
