Speedy and efficient company. Came out the same day as ringing to inspect the problem and then came back the next day to repair the problem. Roof was leaking badly but since the repair it’s perfect now! Friendly reliable people who come when they say they will. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me!

We contacted Nayburs via Google at about 9.30pm on a Thursday night after we had water coming into a bedroom during a storm. Looking at the roof a tile had slipped leaving a gap. Got a reply almost immediately and Pat and team turned up the next day to have a look. We already knew the roof needed to be replaced in the near future but hoped to get away with a patch. Pat got me up the ladder and showed me just how bad it actually was and explained why it couldn't be patched in a manner they could guarantee. Lifting tiles showed rotten battens (crumbled to the touch), rotten, crumbling roof lining and loose ridge tiles. It was a 60 year old roof but looked unlikely to last the week let alone the coming winter. We bit the bullet and agreed on a new roof. I'd normally get a number of quotes for this type of thing but was quoted a fair price. Nayburs had the gap covered and secured, and scaffolding, skip and materials ordered the same afternoon. And started work the next day. All through the process Pat and the team were professional, tidy, on-time and sent videos of all the work they had done each day. Any question were answered immediately, day or night. We're very happy with the result and would heartily recommend Nayburs to anyone and, in fact, have already done so!

Ahmad contacted me very quickly (after I sent an initial message) and arranged for Sam to come over to take a look at the job within a few hours. A quote came through the same day and was very competitive. Sam & team started work the same week and completed the removal of the current flat roof fibreglass (which had cracked over three years and caused several leaks) then installed a felt flat roof system over 5 days. Sam is very polite, tidy and a pleasure to have on site - It is rare and refreshing to find this. First used Obsidian Roofing in October 2024 for our son’s new roof which they did excellently. So there was no need to consider another company to do our house roof repairs. He quoted fairly for what was supposed to be a minor repair but unfortunately when he started taking off the tiles he found the felt was all rotten and the wood batons were rotten too. We ended up having new membrane and batons for the whole roof. As we live in a conservation area we cannot replace the tiles without planning permission. So Naher managed to find reclamation tiles from a place in Scotland and we live in London but it was no trouble for him to sort it all out. We had been looking for spare tiles for years and no roofer could find any before. He and his team had a massive job on their hands but he organised it perfectly and did the job in 10 days. They worked so hard even using torches as it got dark early so that no rain would come in overnight. And to top it all they jet washed the drive and patio at no extra cost. I am very pleased with his work and would highly recommend him.

Great company to deal with and great results. Sent John a request to clean the guttering on a rental property and he responded promptly with a reasonable price. A member of he’s team could attend the property within a week and did so. APPRECIATION REVIEW ** With the bad weather last week my kitchen ceiling came through due to a flat roof leak. The ADDS team replaced my old, leaking garage roof which was made from corrugated asbestos cement sheets. New roof is constructed from glass fibre sheeting and looks very sleek and nicely finished. So far, so good - no sign of any leaks from the recent flash thunderstorm. Here's hoping it will last as long as the original 1930s installation! Clean and tidy workmanship and completed within the given timescale.
