Have been working with Kevin from MPS roofing recently. He is straight forward and an easy guy to work with. Highly recommend.

Kevin came round when he said. The price was right, he always talked to me about what he was going to do. The job was finished quickly and I am very happy. Half a roof replaced, looks good.

Kevin is a very nice man who does excellent work, and will always try to fit you in. He has repaired gutters, fixed a damaged roof and repointed in several places for me, and it has always been cost-effective and high quality work. I highly recommend.

Kevin is a fantastic roofer. I noticed a leak following heavy rain and he was on site the next working day, providing a clear and helpful plan for resolving the problem at a very reasonable price. The work was completed within the week and the results are spectacular, giving us real peace of mind. Kevin and his team also did a very thorough job cleaning up afterwards which was much appreciated - MPS will undoubtably be my first port of call for all future needs.

Used Scott’s roofing after asking for a few quotes to get new flat roof, repair faulty valley, add lead flashings on all parapet walls among other things. Would definitely strongly recommend, Scott is a very reliable, very efficient roofer and his work has been very good. The key to choosing Scott was that I had the feeling that the work would be done quickly and to a high standard. Other roofing companies never really committed to a start date - efficiency and reliability are an absolute must when you have issues with your roof and Scott really delivers on both fronts. Communication throughout was also very good, lots of photos sent every day. Scott is always available for a quick chat to explain. He also suggested a few other things we had not spotted that needed doing. I am not used to posting reviews but genuinely found that choosing a roofing company can be a headache, so hope this can help others in London when deciding how to choose a roofer. Scott was very responsive to messages and came next day at the time he said he would to fix gutter end stop that had come off. Scott and his colleague took extra care to use ladder end protectors so not to damage house render when leaning the ladder against it. He also glued the end stop in place for extra security. He’s going to return at a to be agreed time to fix another issue and has already offered dates. Highly satisfied and refreshing to get such great levels of communication. Thanks Scott

Another roofing company that I normally use recommended Scott. Scott takes the time to explain how he will carry out the work. Sends pictures of the work he has done and how it will look when completed. He sent me pictures outlining with green lines and an explanation of how he will achieve the work. The work is very good, he is respectful and he walked through the property with his own shoe covers. I would recommend him, he is honest and he is very reliable. He has excellent time keeping and came 10 minutes early and was ready to start. There is nothing more I can say than really good.

Would highly recommend! We recently bought a home and on the survey we could see some missing roof tiles. We contacted Golden Roofing Expert and they were over in a matter of a couple days, provided competitive quote and job was finished within a couple of hours. Also helped clean out gutters out whilst on the roof. Really pleased with the results!

This review pertains to the work of a brand new roof being constructed. From the first moment of contact with Ben, I was kept well informed, and even received phone calls to further explain any queries I had. His team of Roofers were polite, well mannered, and helpful, in addition to keeping me informed per evening after their shift of what work they had carried out on that day and who was going to take over the work for the next day, so I always knew who to expect. They kept the worksite around my home as clean as possible given the nature of the work. This also extends to the scaffold team, dismantled the scaffold and ensured that any debris was cleaned up. Overall, very happy with the service and work provided by this company.

We called John when our roof started to leak in the recent wet weather - turned out our (at least 40 year) old felt needed replacing and John fit us in as quickly as he could to minimise any further water damage. He communicated clearly with us about the extent of the work needed, costs etc and made sure everything was done quickly and with no mess left behind. John was really helpful in explaining the issue I was having with my roof and gave me a few different options, explaining the benefits of each so I could decide what the best would be for me. He booked the work in very quickly even at such a busy time of year, and his team finished the job early which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

John initially responded to what was a problem with some ridge tiles. With regret the age of the roof meant that any attempt to lift tiles then resulted in more damage as these tiles were in the region of 85-90 years old. John then came up with a plan to replace the roof at very short notice, which we accepted. The crew he used were very good experienced roofers and the roof was replaced quickly and efficiently and after they had finished, they guys left a very neat and tidy site. Since the job was finished, I had a surveyor come round to check that all was well and the standard of work on the roof was described as "Well above average." CNEM carry liability insurance and I was sent copy of the certificate. Thanks to John for a good job.

Did a brilliant job. We had a previous roofer come and fixed the wrong issue (looks like they sent someone quite junior initially to take a look). John came spotted the issue, sent his guys to do a temporary fix the next day, until he could return the following week. Then replaced my roof in 4 days in middle of winter. Charged me what they quoted me, builders were tidy, quick and polite, and - as is a flat(ish) roof - managed to do it without scaffolding saving me some cost. Would recommend them again.

Max and his team have done an excellent job repairing mistakes of the previous roofing company and doing an overhaul repair of the whole roof. The experience with them has been great. They did a very thorough initial inspection paying attention to tiniest details. Max explained every step of the project in a comprehensive manner showing me photos of the wear and tear of my roof. The whole job was planned out very well and they were punctual, polite, reassuring, fast and very tidy . The price was competitive and they did some small extra repairs out of decency and with no extra charge. Excellent job from start to finish. Hand made Tudor roof very difficult in terms of installation, tiles easy to break due to excessive camber. New roof perfectly matched and blended, you can not tell there was a roof job at all. Very happy with the boys, Sam is great guy who delivers on promises. Easy to communicate.
