I don't usually leave reviews, but dave and his team were that good... it's the least i could do... They initially attended to a roof leak for my elderly mum last year... they attended within hours, managed to do a temp fix and get her in the dry, then were back within days with scaffold to do proper repair. My own roof was in need of redoing, so i got dave to quote along with a couple of other roofers, and he came in cheapest. they've just finished and i'm chuffed with how it all went. Good value and very professional.

I was experiencing water ingress issues with the roof on a (relatively) recently constructed garden room which the original builder was completely unresponsive to. David Budd and his team (Mark and Sean) did a great job with the re-roofing. The roof is now as it should be. One happy customer.

During the awful weather we had over the weekend, my roof at my property become damaged. Firstly, Dean is a consummate professional from the start - friendly, honest, clear in explanation and advice. The workmanship is of the highest quality and attention to detail - we had a wooden porch roof that had given up the ghost, buckling in last summer's heat and causing leakages. Dean replaced with slate tiling that is entirely complementary with our house's roof, re-dressed with lead and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The site was tidy and Dean and his apprentice were respectful of neighbours - you wouldn't know they'd been after the scaffolding was swiftly removed after completion. All in all, I can't recommend Luna Roofing highly enough for their service from beginning to end. Many thanks Dean!

After some damage caused by solar panel installers our roof began to leak quite significantly. Following a recommendation, we contacted Dean and I'm so grateful to him for making everything so painless. Dean is an excellent project manager, planning for the scaffolding to go up only a day before work commenced, which included getting in electricians to disconnect the solar panels just hours before the roofers set to work replacing all wooden supports and refelting on one side of the roof. Following Day 1, Dean sent through a video showing the work that had been completed but also pointing out additional work to the led flashing (which had recently been carried out by another 3rd party provided by the solar panel people) that needed to be redone. Within 12 hours, we had the costs for additional work which was carried out the next day and another video sent to clearly explain everything that had been completed. As soon as the remaining invoice was paid the scaffolding came down the next day. It was an absolute pleasure having Dean and the team here who were respectful of our property and reassuring all the way through.

We hired Luna Roofing to repair the chimney on a bungalow we have recently purchased. Dean communicated quickly and clearly from beginning to end. He clearly laid out the work that would be done. On the day of repairing our chimney, he sent us videos showing the chimney before the work, clearly explaining why the work was needed. Then he sent videos showing the completed work. When the work had to be delayed due to the weather, we were given advance warning as well as a new date. I was very impressed by Dean's proactive communication and the quality of the work.

They recently redid my leaking flat roof and removed a chimney stack. All work was carried out on a budget, on time, and very professionally. All men on site were very polite and left my bungalow in a very neat and tidy condition at the end of each day and on completion of the work. I'm very satisfied with the results and would have no hesitation recommending them. 5 stars!

My partner and I totally recommend them. They've provided a first-class service. They really came to the rescue when a damp patch appeared in the spare bedroom during the sale of our house. They inspected the roof on a Saturday and provided a quote the same day. Repaired the roof the day after (yes, a Sunday!). A couple of tiles from the top of our chimney had fallen off. I asked for a quote, which was in my opinion very reasonable. It’s rare to use the word excellent these days, but Total Restoration exceeded all expectations. From the outset, my initial call was returned within fifteen minutes. This included a discussion of the roof. I was pleasantly surprised to then be told someone would call that day, to assess the problem. The roofer Martin arrived, throughout I would discover he was completely knowledgeable and competent, and a credit to the business. Martin discussed the problem and made the facts clear what needed to be done. He advised this information would be passed to William and I would receive a quotation. All promises met, I received a call that confirmed the work to be done with a quotation. Being advised if I wished to proceed the team that attended initially, would undertake the work the following day. This was agreed. During the process of installing the new batten, Martin recognised the ridge tiles were cracking. Not only advising me, but he brought these down to show me the cracks and fully explained the problems moving forward. William contacted me and also discussed the ridge tiles, with an amended quotation; totally upfront. I agreed to these tiles being replaced for the longevity of the roof. During the process William called at the site to meet us and check if there were any further questions. This quality assurance is a great aspect to the business. Following completion of the work all debris was removed and the property left tidy. Martin was assisted by Ethan. Throughout their politeness and professionalism was refreshing, working hard at all times. A great asset and reflection of the business. I had been trying for over a year to tackle a problem with damp on a chimney breast in my bedroom. The house is Edwardian with a sloping state roof. The company I had been using had made several attempts to deal with it and after each visit the problem had been made worse. I contacted C&S Roofing Services to try and get help correcting the mess that had been made of the roof area around the chimney and the chimney lead work and I am extremely pleased with the results. Despite the fact that they very busy Shane made time to come and see the problem and subsequently prepared a detailed written quote for replacing the lead work and rescuing/replacing the slates. After weeks of calling different companies and getting completely unreasonable quotes...we saw a C&S company van at our local shop one evening and knocked on the window to try our luck at finding someone to help us with our Aspestos roof that was leaking water and damaging all our belongings. From the initial identification of the problem right through to the completion of the work, Dean kept us informed and remedied the issue swiftly.

Quality work at a great price, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and Jake. They replaced an old leaking extension roof with synthetic slate and a triple garage with insulated profile sheets. We are really pleased with the results and will be using them again when the main slate roof is replaced. Martin and his team recently redid our back roof. They arrived promptly and left the site in a very tidy state each night. Storm Darragh struck half way through the job but we did not have any leaks and the roofing felt stood up to the storm very well.

Martin and team recently repaired a leaking gable end on our grade 2 listed chapel. They did a fantatsic job removing all existing stone work and replacing the perished lead. The finished result is better than the original. They turned up on time and completed the job on time and budget.
