Sam and his team are brilliant. I had a garage roof that was rotting and needed help with. Sam came over and gave me a very thorough quote, with pictures showing me exactly what was wrong and how they could help. The quote was very reasonable compared to others I had and Sam’s attention to detail was unmatched. The team was professional, prompt and tidy. I also had guttering installed as a last minute ask which they also accommodated for. The roof looks very neat and tidy and even comes with a 25 year warranty! Can’t thank Baker Roofing & Cladding enough, will recommend to all!

Sam replaced our entire roof and porch roof in January. Really happy with the result. Quote was very professional and all work carried out as expected. Contacted Sam regarding a disconnected downpipe which was causing some concern having come away from the gutter and soakaway. He came back to me the same day and arranged to visit the next day. Made an assessment of what needed doing and was efficient. Did a great job of fixing the problem and making everything more secure to prevent further failure. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

They recently redid my leaking flat roof and removed a chimney stack. All work was carried out on a budget, on time, and very professionally. All men on site were very polite and left my bungalow in a very neat and tidy condition at the end of each day and on completion of the work. My partner and I totally recommend them. They've provided a first-class service. They really came to the rescue when a damp patch appeared in the spare bedroom during the sale of our house. They inspected the roof on a Saturday and provided a quote the same day. Repaired the roof the day after (yes, a Sunday!). I had a leak in my roof, and the roofing company I called to come to look at it was Up Top Roofing. They were so nice and professional. I felt was very honest. Didn't try to put on a hard sell to make some money. They told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote. It was affordable, so I decided to hire them. This company is great! They don't cut corners or use cheap materials. They are licensed, bonded, insured, and certified. I will use them again!

Just 2 days to strip the tiles, remove the old felt and battens, install new felt and battens, clean & replace the tiles (including new ridge tiles) install a dry ridge and dry verge system, and clean the fascias and guttering. All waste was removed at the end of the job, and the property was left tidy. The team of young men were really polite, worked incredibly hard and are a credit to the company. I knew I had picked the right roofer when they gave me an alternative design of roof to the one the architect drew up . It meant a new set of plans being drawn up but the extra pitch gave me far much more working room . The standard of work was exceptional with many neighbours commenting on the work . Kye , In particular proved to be such an experienced and considerate craftsman we used his services for installing the staircase , bathroom furniture fitting , door hanging and all the architrave and skirting work . We hired Luna Roofing to repair the chimney on a bungalow we have recently purchased. Dean communicated quickly and clearly from beginning to end. He clearly laid out the work that would be done. On the day of repairing our chimney, he sent us videos showing the chimney before the work, clearly explaining why the work was needed. Then he sent videos showing the completed work. When the work had to be delayed due to the weather, we were given advance warning as well as a new date. I was very impressed by Dean's proactive communication and the quality of the work.

Following a recommendation, we contacted Dean and I'm so grateful to him for making everything so painless. Dean is an excellent project manager, planning for the scaffolding to go up only a day before work commenced, which included getting in electricians to disconnect the solar panels just hours before the roofers set to work replacing all wooden supports and refelting on one side of the roof. Following Day 1, Dean sent through a video showing the work that had been completed but also pointing out additional work to the led flashing (which had recently been carried out by another 3rd party provided by the solar panel people) that needed to be redone. Within 12 hours, we had the costs for additional work which was carried out the next day and another video sent to clearly explain everything that had been completed. As soon as the remaining invoice was paid the scaffolding came down the next day. It was an absolute pleasure having Dean and the team here who were respectful of our property and reassuring all the way through.

Craig Haskins is a genuine craftsman of the old mould. He has just finished the leadwork on two chimneys that we had to have rebuilt and the result is brilliant. He has been a roofer for 35 years and has immense experience. He takes infinite care and his skill is unmatched in this part of the country. He is always ready with excellent advice and will do his best to save you money if he possibly can. We are lucky to be able to call on him.

After online research, I contacted Craig after discovering some damaged lead flashing. He visited promptly and when he saw the extent of the deterioration exclaimed “crikey!” which was most restrained. He was of course very busy, but fortunately there was no leakage, so we agreed that he should return some weeks later when his programme allowed. Meanwhile, he emailed a detailed quotation including for scaffolding (which he would arrange) and waste disposal. From the outset I was confident that (somewhat by luck) I’d found the local expert. In due course, a date was pencilled in and later confirmed. The scaffolding arrived as planned, as did Craig, who then did what appeared to be a very thorough job. All in all, I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Firstly, Dean is a consummate professional from the start - friendly, honest, clear in explanation and advice. The workmanship is of the highest quality and attention to detail - we had a wooden porch roof that had given up the ghost, buckling in last summer's heat and causing leakages. Dean replaced with slate tiling that is entirely complementary with our house's roof, re-dressed with lead and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The site was tidy and Dean and his apprentice were respectful of neighbours - you wouldn't know they'd been after the scaffolding was swiftly removed after completion. Rikki and the team were brilliant. We needed to replace the roof due to rotten battens. Rikki provided us with a number of options. Within a few weeks the scaffolding was up and the whole roof with new tiles completed within one week. Also picked up some other issues for us from a previous builder and went above and beyond contacting the builder to explain the issue. Highly recommend. 5 stars

I had RV roofing come and do some work for me which I had put off for a little while. Rikki and his team where absolutely fantastic throughout the process and always kept me informed. My single story extension roof has leaked intermittently for years. The roof was stripped, trusses repaired, double felted, tiles replaced and all finishing done very professionally. A problem with the tile hanging on the back of the house was discovered so, for a very reasonable extra charge, this was also dealt with. The site was left very clean and tidy and the scaffolding removed the same day as the job was finished. I would be very happy to recommend this company to friends and family

Ross and his team are absolutely fantastic and we cannot speak highly enough of them! They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!
