RoofSurv came out and did a survey of our roof using a drone, giving us a clear picture of the condition of our roof. We were pleasantly surprised with the professionalism of the service for such a low price, great value service!

After noticing a few potential issues with our roof, we came across RoofSurv that offer independent roof surveys. We worry about finding a reliable tradesman and obtaining honest advice and RoofSurv was the answer to this. We received a clear report with photographic evidence of each part of the roof for a very fair cost and then searched the RoofSurv directory for a couple of quotes off the back of the recommendations we received from the report, brilliant service, would definitely recommend RoofSurv!

I was experiencing water ingress issues with the roof on a (relatively) recently constructed garden room which the original builder was completely unresponsive to. David Budd and his team (Mark and Sean) did a great job with the re-roofing. The roof is now as it should be. One happy customer.

They are one of those companies, that much like a secret ingredient in a recipe you don’t want to give away the details. However, when you do find yourself and your home in the hands of a company that give such a high level of service, it’s only fair to give credit where it’s due. We were in a position of having a roof leak, condensation and ventilation issues. Ross, managed to get out to us, even though he had a lot of jobs waiting. All the lads have been friendly, professional, reliable and knowledgeable. They are grafters, their work is of exceptional quality, and they leave everything clean and tidy. Nothing has been too much trouble for Ross….and he really has gone the extra mile. Any further works we need doing that come under RSM’s remit, we will always use them. It is also worth mentioning that they not only come highly recommended by us, but also by our neighbour, and by a relative who was a building surveyor. You may wait a bit longer for Ross than other companies, but RSM Roofing are well worth it!

Huge thanks to J B Roofing & Cleaning Ltd from Weymouth for the fantastic service we have received. Just 2 days to strip the tiles, remove the old felt and battens, install new felt and battens, clean & replace the tiles (including new ridge tiles) install a dry ridge and dry verge system, and clean the fascias and guttering. All waste was removed at the end of the job, and the property was left tidy. The team of young men were really polite, worked incredibly hard and are a credit to the company. We are very happy to recommend J B Roofing & Cleaning Ltd.

All arranged with the very helpful Charlotte by phone and email. The two young lads they sent round were charming and respectful, and most importantly of all dog-friendly! Craig Haskins is a genuine craftsman of the old mould. He has just finished the leadwork on two chimneys that we had to have rebuilt and the result is brilliant. He has been a roofer for 35 years and has immense experience. He takes infinite care and his skill is unmatched in this part of the country. He is always ready with excellent advice and will do his best to save you money if he possibly can. We are lucky to be able to call on him.

A very professional job. Work done to a high standard. Craig removed all the existing tiles from our roof and replaced the felt and battens. The tiles were then secured back onto the roof. Craig also renewed all the lead work. Would have no hesitation in recommending him and in fact already have!

It’s rare to use the word excellent these days, but Total Restoration exceeded all expectations. From the outset, my initial call was returned within fifteen minutes. This included a discussion of the roof. I was pleasantly surprised to then be told someone would call that day, to assess the problem. The roofer Martin arrived, throughout I would discover he was completely knowledgeable and competent, and a credit to the business. Martin discussed the problem and made the facts clear what needed to be done. He advised this information would be passed to William and I would receive a quotation. All promises met, I received a call that confirmed the work to be done with a quotation. Being advised if I wished to proceed the team that attended initially, would undertake the work the following day. This was agreed. During the process of installing the new batten, Martin recognised the ridge tiles were cracking. Not only advising me, but he brought these down to show me the cracks and fully explained the problems moving forward. William contacted me and also discussed the ridge tiles, with an amended quotation; totally upfront. I agreed to these tiles being replaced for the longevity of the roof. During the process William called at the site to meet us and check if there were any further questions. This quality assurance is a great aspect to the business. Following completion of the work all debris was removed and the property left tidy. Martin was assisted by Ethan. Throughout their politeness and professionalism was refreshing, working hard at all times. A great asset and reflection of the business. A couple of tiles from the top of our chimney had fallen off. I asked for a quote, which was in my opinion very reasonable. Excellent service - Rang them 3.30 pm on Thursday with an urgent problem (large lumps of mortar torn free from gable verge above our front door and some had landed on our doorstep. Ryan called round at 5 pm and immediately climbed up a ladder and removed the larger pieces that were precariously hanging over the guttering and assessed the damage. We received an e-mail with the quote for repairing the damage around 7.30 pm. We already had approval for scaffolding to be erected to contain the risk of falling debris from our insurance company but we were astounded at 8.00 am the following morning when the scaffolders arrived and completed the installation before 12.00 pm. We sent the quote with photographs to our insurance company who rang Ryan for more detailed information about the cause of the problem and subsequently gave us the approval for MC roofing to carry out the work. We rang Ryan mid afternoon to give him the go ahead and were delighted when he rang back later to inform us that the work would be carried out the following day being a Saturday. The roofers arrived at 9.00 am and completed the work before 4.00pm to a high standard and we were well impressed almost within 48 hours of our first phone contact! We know which company we will be using should we have any future roofing issues!!

They recently redid my leaking flat roof and removed a chimney stack. All work was carried out on a budget, on time, and very professionally. All men on site were very polite and left my bungalow in a very neat and tidy condition at the end of each day and on completion of the work. I'm very satisfied with the results and would have no hesitation recommending them. 5 stars!

I had a leak in my roof, and the roofing company I called to come to look at it was Up Top Roofing. They were so nice and professional. I felt was very honest. Didn't try to put on a hard sell to make some money. They told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote. It was affordable, so I decided to hire them. This company is great! They don't cut corners or use cheap materials. They are licensed, bonded, insured, and certified. I will use them again!

My partner and I totally recommend them. They've provided a first-class service. They really came to the rescue when a damp patch appeared in the spare bedroom during the sale of our house.
