Superb from start to finish! New roof installed on our lean to and we’re polite, professional and excellent from start to finish. They discovered a broken pipe and sorted this out as well which was not part of the plan but left all areas spotless. We also have an indoor cat which meant that they could not access certain areas yet this was no issue. Cannot recommend enough! Went above and beyond!

Vito has been prompt and reliable with all his communications. No upselling, just good honest advice. Vito has dealt with all aspects of the work including scaffolding. They have completed additional work as it was required to ensure the job was completed thoroughly and to achieve the best results for water integrity. Vito and his brother have been fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

We recently had Jan and Vito replace a 100 year old roof with chimney removal, new veluxe windows, and insulation and also a polycarb conservatory roof into felt roof. Jan and Vito took care of every aspect, from the skip to the scaffolding, making the the job a breeze from our persepctive.They were clean, quick and nothing was an issue, any problem they encountered was overcome without fuss. The quality of the work carried out was absolutely top notch and the price was very reasonable. Excellent service, very professional, on time and friendly - couldn't ask for better from start to finish... Promptly returned my initial request for a quote and was happy to discuss options and answer questions we had. Kept us informed of the arrival of the scaffold and the timing of the job. Very efficient when the job itself and when done everything was tidy as it should be. Jeremy has just replaced 3 x flat felt roofs at our house with fibre glass roof system. They are super professional, so hard working and left the site spotless each day. I would highly recommend them.

They recently redid my leaking flat roof and removed a chimney stack. All work was carried out on a budget, on time, and very professionally. All men on site were very polite and left my bungalow in a very neat and tidy condition at the end of each day and on completion of the work. My partner and I totally recommend them. They've provided a first-class service. They really came to the rescue when a damp patch appeared in the spare bedroom during the sale of our house. They inspected the roof on a Saturday and provided a quote the same day. Repaired the roof the day after (yes, a Sunday!). I had a leak in my roof, and the roofing company I called to come to look at it was Up Top Roofing. They were so nice and professional. I felt was very honest. Didn't try to put on a hard sell to make some money. They told me what needed to be done and gave me a quote. It was affordable, so I decided to hire them. This company is great! They don't cut corners or use cheap materials. They are licensed, bonded, insured, and certified. I will use them again!

From the initial identification of the problem right through to the completion of the work, Dean kept us informed and remedied the issue swiftly.

Firstly, Dean is a consummate professional from the start - friendly, honest, clear in explanation and advice. The workmanship is of the highest quality and attention to detail - we had a wooden porch roof that had given up the ghost, buckling in last summer's heat and causing leakages. Dean replaced with slate tiling that is entirely complementary with our house's roof, re-dressed with lead and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. The site was tidy and Dean and his apprentice were respectful of neighbours - you wouldn't know they'd been after the scaffolding was swiftly removed after completion. We hired Luna Roofing to repair the chimney on a bungalow we have recently purchased. Dean communicated quickly and clearly from beginning to end. He clearly laid out the work that would be done. On the day of repairing our chimney, he sent us videos showing the chimney before the work, clearly explaining why the work was needed. Then he sent videos showing the completed work. When the work had to be delayed due to the weather, we were given advance warning as well as a new date. I was very impressed by Dean's proactive communication and the quality of the work.

After some damage caused by solar panel installers our roof began to leak quite significantly. Following a recommendation, we contacted Dean and I'm so grateful to him for making everything so painless. Dean is an excellent project manager, planning for the scaffolding to go up only a day before work commenced, which included getting in electricians to disconnect the solar panels just hours before the roofers set to work replacing all wooden supports and refelting on one side of the roof. Following Day 1, Dean sent through a video showing the work that had been completed but also pointing out additional work to the led flashing (which had recently been carried out by another 3rd party provided by the solar panel people) that needed to be redone. Within 12 hours, we had the costs for additional work which was carried out the next day and another video sent to clearly explain everything that had been completed. As soon as the remaining invoice was paid the scaffolding came down the next day. It was an absolute pleasure having Dean and the team here who were respectful of our property and reassuring all the way through.

Sam and his team are brilliant. I had a garage roof that was rotting and needed help with. Sam came over and gave me a very thorough quote, with pictures showing me exactly what was wrong and how they could help. The quote was very reasonable compared to others I had and Sam’s attention to detail was unmatched. The team was professional, prompt and tidy. I also had guttering installed as a last minute ask which they also accommodated for. The roof looks very neat and tidy and even comes with a 25 year warranty! Contacted Sam regarding a disconnected downpipe which was causing some concern having come away from the gutter and soakaway. He came back to me the same day and arranged to visit the next day. Made an assessment of what needed doing and was efficient. Did a great job of fixing the problem and making everything more secure to prevent further failure. Reasonably priced. Excellent service - Rang them 3.30 pm on Thursday with an urgent problem (large lumps of mortar torn free from gable verge above our front door and some had landed on our doorstep. Ryan called round at 5 pm and immediately climbed up a ladder and removed the larger pieces that were precariously hanging over the guttering and assessed the damage. We received an e-mail with the quote for repairing the damage around 7.30 pm. We already had approval for scaffolding to be erected to contain the risk of falling debris from our insurance company but we were astounded at 8.00 am the following morning when the scaffolders arrived and completed the installation before 12.00 pm. We sent the quote with photographs to our insurance company who rang Ryan for more detailed information about the cause of the problem and subsequently gave us the approval for MC roofing to carry out the work. We rang Ryan mid afternoon to give him the go ahead and were delighted when he rang back later to inform us that the work would be carried out the following day being a Saturday. The roofers arrived at 9.00 am and completed the work before 4.00pm to a high standard and we were well impressed almost within 48 hours of our first phone contact! We know which company we will be using should we have any future roofing issues!!
