Excellent meal served by efficient and friendly staff.
What a wonderful experience. We were looking for Sunday lunch and boy did we get it! This is a beautiful building and the welcome we received was great. The staff are incredibly welcoming and eating there is like coming into someone's front room for lunch. The food was marvellous. The Beef thinly sliced and cooked to perfection. The Yorkshire's were crisp, fluffy and light and the roast potatoes crisped to perfection. I don't have enough superlatives of the gravy though. I threatened them with a 1 star review jokingly as I don't want to have a new favourite venue discovered by too many people. We will be returning to eat again.

Fabulous best meal and service we have had in a long time, welcoming, service exceptional. All 12 of us enjoyed our meals, tender meat and lots of variety of vegetables served separately, hot . Ush was superb. Obviously good quality produce cooked by excellent chefs. The Inn is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Best coffee too. Will be back soon. Enjoyed the area too Recommend All the starters tomahawk pork chop , haddock, pie (great pastry) the toffee bakewell pie, triffle , chocolate mousse .Well done Miners arms great food fair prices
two of us just walked in 12:15pm on Thursday, luckly, tables were available. the menu was hand written on board. the ordered meals were delicious. the liver pate, lamb apricot pie, greenage crumbles and grape chocolate hazelnut pie.
