Excellent small hotel, with stunning views and great walks from the door. Friendly staff and good pub food. Sit outside on a sunny afternoon, with a pint, and just look at the view. It's all about the location.
On behalf of Leonora, aged 7: A lovely place that has very yummy food and delicious puddings. The rooms are very nice and I like the chairs near the fire a lot. It’s the best place ever!!!
Went for an evening meal. Food was very good, portions very generous. Was particularly impressed that my scampi arrived with a large side of both broccoli *and* green beans. Thank you.
We camped near by so got breakfast one morning and a few drinks one evening, great food, lovely staff. Beautiful views.
Wonderful place to eat, set in a stunning location with beautiful Peak District views and walks. Had the Sunday Roast which was one of the best we’d had👍🏼
