Attended with a purpose to buy a new dinner service. Lovely selection. Too late for lunch but enjoyed a lovely cheese scone and hot chocolate. Staff very helpful, encouraging and friendly.

On arrival, it was good to find somewhere where parking wasn’t an issue. The car park is only a minute or so away from the factory shop and the accompanying café and farm shop areas. The factory shop itself offers some really good bargains. On the upper floor Denby ceramics end of range type items, and those with slight imperfections are there on display, and at some really good prices. And on the ground floor there is even more choice with Denby glassware and general items for the kitchen. The staff we dealt with were very pleasant and professional, and it reminded me of the sort of service that you got 20 or 30 years ago. There is nothing wrong in this case with being old-fashioned. Old-fashioned is good. I love old-fashioned. Albeit fairly small, the Denby farm shop offered some really good quality items and again, excellent customer service was clearly a priority for them. I can do nothing other than thoroughly recommend Denby Pottery Village to others. A really pleasant day out, with some real bargains to be had also. Reminded me of better times, long gone.

Lovely morning out here. Participated in pottery painting session, was a little expensive but you get your £5 booking fee taken off your total at the end of the session. My pot was ready to collect after 2 weeks, outlet prices are great and the cafe does a great selection of cakes and a decent coffee. Love that its dog friendly. Tried a few bits from the farm shop / greedy pig butchers. Very tasty!! Have been and will be back 😊

Loved it here! Great prices and really friendly staff, was so interesting to walk around and got to see huge koi fish! Will be returning when we purchase our new home!

Good place to visit and pick up a bargain or replace a broken item in your Denby set . The farm shop was very well stocked and the butchery counter had a good selection of quality meats . We visited the cafe and had a cheese scone and a lamb and mint sausage roll. Both were good value for money
