Popped into the beer garden after work for a few drinks in the April sunshine. Ordered (what we thought were) a few chips and onion rings but the portions were very generous. Decent selection of beers on tap, good food and great service.

We visited The Carnarvon yesterday and were really impressed. Under its new ownership, the menu has been refined and modernized while still keeping the welcoming feel of the place. The food was excellent—beautifully presented and full of flavor. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into updating the dishes to suit the times, offering a great mix of classic favorites with a fresh twist. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, and the service was friendly and attentive. If you haven’t been in a while, it’s definitely worth a visit—the changes have really enhanced what was already a great spot. Looking forward to coming back again soon!

Dropped in without booking at lunch time. Ate in the bar area and really relaxed and great service. The food here is amazing. Good value and the free refill of veg and chips is always a massive bonus. The only criticism is it's not closer to my house so I can walk there. 100% recommend.

Nice place for shopping and to spend some quality time with friends. The place is beautiful with plenty of space to sit and eat outside the shops. Plenty of space for parking cars. There are different shops for dine- in. Wide range of shops with lots of discounts available every time we visit.

This is a brilliant place to shop, especially for gifts and presents, there's lots of places to eat and dine and excellent places to relax and talk... There are also dog friendly shops, just look on the bottom of the door at the entrance to the shop and a sticker will provide you with the information... There's plenty of car parking spaces, I've never failed to find a place to park, even when it looks really full the shopping area is comfortable to wander around and do your shopping... The Designer Outlet is a must, especially at Christmas time, if you didn't feel festive on arrival then you certainly will on leaving... The guest services are very friendly and helpful, I had an issue when misplacing my reading glasses. Carole at the desk helped me in locating them and was very pleasant... My favourite local shopping experience as I only live approximately 3 miles away ...I feel so fortunate in having this shopping outlet so near to home... Highly recommended... Just an additional update, the main food hall is out of service at the moment, due to repairs, but do not despair, as I've previously stated, there's plenty of places to dine and relax... And of course, is still highly recommended...

we went to the east midland designer outlet and i saw so many shops with a big offers and i bought so many things , i don’t know why the gave a too much discount or maybe bcoz of the festive season 😃all over if anybody wants a big discount pr wants to save money then people can go over-there for a big saving and pocket friendly shooping

What a fabulous place! Clean, spacious and lots of choices for shops and food. Free parking easy to get spaces, great opening times, lovely staff. Security guards on patrol even wearing first aid kits and happy to help. Really is a lovely place.

My friend and I were served by Caz. What can I say. She was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We had lunch and as we were only wanting small portions she guided us through the menu. 10 out of 10 for you my love. 10 out of 10 for the food and for the price. We sooooo enjoyed it. Took mother in law on a spur of the moment lunch out, chose the bistro due to the positive reviews. We really enjoyed the food, its excellent and very well priced. Staff are attentive and friendly. Thankyou we will be back again soon

Superb service,the broccoli and Stilton quiche was 2/3 inch thick!! Homemade,outstanding.Only thing was the homemade chips were a bit limp.Would i go again? Yes.

Wow! We went for breakfast and would definitely go again. The staff were friendly, the restaurant is beautifully presented, nicely lit and comfortable. The food was presented well, hot and very tasty. A good choice of drinks available and a good selection of breakfast options on the menu. Altogether a fantastic experience at The Willow Tree Bistro.

I went back to this delightful bistro for the second time! It’s super friendly and welcoming, and they have an amazing selection of delicious breakfast options. The mushrooms were to die for - they were buttery and not at all rubbery! I had the full English breakfast, and it was plenty. They even included a big pot of tea. I’ll definitely be back! The wait for my food was about 20 minutes, but it was totally worth it because everything was freshly cooked.

Hard to fault for pub type accommodation Excellent value for money. Good service overall. Only quibble is instant coffee only at breakfast, which lets down an otherwise very good breakfast menu. Luckily, I always carry my own stash of ground coffee when travelling!

This is a really nice pub and hotel , very lovely staff and great atmosphere. We had a lovely Sunday dinner very tasty , was a bit disappointed with the cauliflower cheese only because the lack of cheese sauce and cheese it was just cauliflower really but that’s me just being picky I suppose , the dining area is wonderful , comforting and cosy we really love it and we will be visiting often , I’ve put 5 stars for the rooms but haven’t stayed we only went for food and drinks but if the rooms are as good as the rest of the place then it will definitely be 5star so give it a try if you are in the area you won’t be disappointed!

Area is perfect. Food is divine. Staff were wonderful. The garden is beautiful to sit and enjoy a good beer on a lovely summers day. They were so amazing when our car broke down in their car park. This is the best pub I have ever been to. I'd give more than 5 stars if possible.

Had a lovely meal tonight. I had the pie, and my partner had the ribeye- a touch expensive for the steak, but he said it was nice. It was 27.95, and he said it was more of a 17 95 meal. Would come back, though

Food was lovely, a little pricey but expected in such a place. Beautiful pub and setting. Good accessibility, although more disabled parking would be good. Dog friendly and nice atmosphere.

We booked and came here on a Saturday with a dog. There is a separate room for people with dogs indoors so there is a dog friendly option. There is also water bowls for dogs. I had a pulled pork sandwich which was really nice. I couldn’t fault the food. The interior is old and dated which I didn’t enjoy so would prefer to sit outside next time. The staff are attentive and friendly. I would come back here.

You can always rely on the Hardwick Inn for good food without undue wait, even at busy times. There are always specials on for something different. Typically 3 or 4 cask ales and an extensive whisky list.

Enjoyed an afternoon tea here. The place is lovely. Enjoyed the food but too much cake included. But managed to take some home. Would have liked a choice of sandwiches too as they were set given and neither of us eat prawns.

We had a takeaway and loved it so we decided to go and have a proper meal. The owner extremely welcoming and very attentive ensuring our experience was great. Food was delicious and plentiful. We will definitely be back!

Our first visit , and definitely won’t be our last. Nice warm friendly welcome , food was absolutely delicious , lamb casserole was amazing and the chicken shish melted in your mouth. Would highly recommend giving the Sultan Resauraunt a try It’s a 5 star from us.

The food is absolutely amazing. We had the meat platter for four, which could have fed six. The staff are so friendly and happy to help with any kind of questions. The experience was so good I've put this on my top three restaurants to eat at. I can't wait to try the rest of the menu

Good selection of snacks and light meals. Plenty of seating inside and out with a large area for those with dogs. Food very good and came quickly. Good accessibility pretty level with ramps . Toilets ect next door. Cost wise good portions and value.

Went in for a piece of cake and cup of tea, but changed mind to a cup of tea and a cheese & onion pastie. The pastie was £3.75 but worth it, as it was generously filled with filling and the pastry was really flaky. The pot of tea we shared between us as you got 3 1/2 cups from the pot. My daughter who is gluten free even managed a cake. What I really liked was that they have moved away from selling bottled water and were providing it for free.
