We have only met Tasha but she was absolutely lovely. Making my daughter feel at ease quickly. She's a wealth of knowledge and very professional as well as friendly. The room isn't overcrowded or busy and a perfect environment for concentrating. Allowances are made for SEN (including fidget toys and a chill out area) meaning that they can get the best out of their learners. My daughter really loved the fact that the session was personalised and her favourite colour (pink) was used for everything!

The Kip McGrath Ashfield centre is absolutely brilliant. Chris is an amazing tutor and my sons ability in maths has improved by leaps and bounds since he started at Kip Mcgrath last year. Highly recommended. Thank you Chris Tash and James for your continued support .

Started our 15 year old whilst in his final year for his GCSE’s and his development has been great in just 9 sessions he’s developed so much with almost one to one tuition. There’s part of his studies that he says now make so much more sense and reduces the stress and got him into better studying habits. My son is in year 1 and we thought we would send him here to get ahead for his looming phonics tests in 2025. He’s absolutely loving it and Tasha is brilliant with him. The 1 hour lessons are fun and challenging at the same time. They cover reading, writing & learn basic computer knowledge which is an added bonus!!! Couldn’t ask for more to be honest. Thanks guys 😊

My son has been attending the academy for a few months-i have really noticed confidence improve in all areas for him. The setting is convenient, resourceful and appropriate, with spacious classrooms and small group classes. The management are very approachable, always aiming the best standards of learning and teaching for the best interest of the child. Xcelerate academy has provided my nephew with a great experience with regard to his education with the additional tuition they offer. Months later, it's an absolute joy to see my daughter feeling confident when doing her Maths, a subject she once dreaded. She is learning so much from the tutor when it comes to her Narrative/Descriptive writing aswell, I am so grateful to the tutor for this. I'm really grateful to The Tutor Centre for the incredible turnaround they've achieved with my son's education since starting in Year 8 when he was struggling in Maths, English, and Science. He was in low sets at school and had no confidence. But thanks to the dedication and hard work of The Tutor Centre, he has been jumping sets and has advanced to the top sets for Year 11. He's now being entered for higher GCSE tiers in Maths and Triple Science and his confidence has seen a massive boost. I am now enrolling my year 4 son to get him a head start in education and not waiting until year 8 :-). His time at the Tutor Centre has also seen a total change in mindset from not being interested in academic achievement to a highly motivated student with aspirations to achieve the highest GCSE grades across all subjects, not just the three he is being tutored in at The Tutor Centre. I cannot recommend the Tutor Centre enough.

Paloma is a great Spanish teacher. I have made so much progress since I started lessons about two months ago. She knows how to pitch the level correctly in order to facilitate progress and always has appropriate teaching materials to hand. Thoroughly recommended.

I’ve been having 1 to 1 lessons to improve my spoken Spanish and I’m really pleased with the progress so far. The lessons are pitched at the right level for me and are always challenging enough for me to learn something new. Paloma is very patient and easy to talk to and is always happy to explain things in detail that you are struggling with. The resources that she has created are also really helpful for understanding Spanish grammar. I would definitely recommend Paloma if you are thinking about learning or improving your Spanish.

I have had lessons with Paloma for almost 3 months now and I can’t believe how much I have already learnt and how confident I feel speaking Spanish. The lessons are tough and she really pushes you but this is exactly what you need. Online works well and Paloma is always very well organised and professional. Across year 12 to 13, Clare was able to improve my grade allowing me to get into the university of my choice. She is patient, knowledgeable with detailed notes and being experienced means she is able to help me with specific wording from the mark scheme!

Clare is a really good biology and chemistry A-Level tutor! I really enjoyed my lessons with her, and became much more confident in my chemistry abilities at the end of the two years. In addition to explaining the concepts, she also specifically goes over exam technique and high yield past paper questions. I started tuition here recently because I was struggling at maths, I've been to many other tuition places, and this has to be the best one I've been to by far, because as soon as I started tuition here my grades skyrocketed and i moved up 2 sets in school. Mrs o brien is very nice and respectful, she is an amazing tutor. (She is very experienced and very friendly) She has helped me alot. Amazing local tutors. They are all super friendly and explain everything in a really clear way, for both the students and parents! The sessions are personalised and totally tailored to how the kids learn, making everything much easier. They teach most kids here and have links with all the schools. Lorna at Kip McGrath what can I say my Roman has only been attending a few months for one to one sessions but he has improved leaps and bounds.
