Cassie has superhuman reserves of patience, kindness and generosity. She has been so great with our child’s maths. We feel so lucky to live near the Focus Education Centre.

The Centre provides individual tuition in English, Maths and Science for students from Year 2 to Year 11. Assessments are free of charge and they are Ofsted registered which may mean up to 85% discount on fees for certain families. There are also pay in advance and sibling discounts. Located in a small street opposite Clissold Park, it can be a little tricky to find as it's not a traditional shop front or office but the name is on the window.

Joan is an inspirational and truly passionate teacher. She has over 25years teaching experience so rest , your child is getting good quality tuition. The support is focused and tailor made to your child’s needs as opposed to group based whilst targeting specific professionally diagnosed concerns. The centre has modern interactive equipment, conducive the needs of the individual children. If you are serious about your child’s future (especially now that the government isn’t) give Focus Education Centre a call. They will look after you!

My son has been having tuition at the focus education centre for the last year. Cassie assessed his level and encouraged him to try more complex work which he enjoys. The work is varied and keeps him interested and focused, he looks forward the the lessons and the on-line classes have really helped provide some normality during COVID. We have been attending The Focus Education Centre for approximately 8 months now. Cassie has really helped my daughter with her English and Maths at a time when she was struggling. The tutors are patient and explain things clearly and engage the children. They also give lots of praise which always boosts my daughters confidence. She loves her tutor sessions. I highly recommend it.
