Silvana was my English tutor during my GCSEs, where I began with grade 6s when we first started, and finally when the results were out I achieved grade 9s in both Literature and Language! Silvana has been incredibly charismatic and friendly - all enjoyable lessons, and professional in her support and guidance - marking and giving feedback, breaking down my essays and weaknesses. Cannot recommend anyone more.
Silvana was an exceptional tutor for my son for his secondary school entrance exams. She was enthusiastic and passionate and really developed a love of English in him. She taught him to write exciting pieces in a range of styles and enhanced his creativity. He also learnt how to approach comprehension exercises across domains. Our primary focus was keeping the love of learning regardless of 11+ outcomes but the outcome also ended up outstanding - in all three schools he sat. Certain rankings from Latymer and Dame Alice Owens (top 3% in each) and a score that has always got an offer in previous years at QE boys (they don't give rankings).
