Uber tutors helped my son to improve from year 8 level(when he was at year 10) to year 11 within one year. They have a very good system that starts by assessing the the level of the child and then recommended the lessons required. However it doesn't end there. They also consider the child's personality and meticulously find the best tutor who would mach with the child. I looked for an essay writing summer tutor for my children as I feel the English system does not focus on teaching children how to present analytical thinking in written form but rather mainly on content. It seems to be assumed that the children will find their way to writing good essays (and clearly many do). However, coming from the American system, in which the process of HOW to write a good essay is taught almost as a standalone subject, I felt that my children would be best served going into a writing task with the strongest possible toolset so that the ideas and ultimately what to write would become their only challenge. Over the course of the summer, they learned how to structure, present and write an argument. They also learned how to incorporate evidence, be it literary, historical or data driven. Kavita Arif is an excellent Math teacher. She has been tutoring my son for a few weeks, and her teaching method is very interactive. She keeps her students engaged continuously and works them through any sticky patches they might encounter. She is brilliant, and I highly recommend her. Safiyyah is an excellent Biology, Chemistry and Geography teacher. She has extensive knowledge of her subjects and is gentle with her students, allowing them to be comfortable and grasp the subject matter she teaches. She is fantastic, and I wish she had taught more subjects.

Kevin is an outstanding and naturally gifted tutor who was able to put my daughter at ease from the 1st lesson.
