I have just picked up my GCSE results, after being tutored by James since Christmas. In that short time, my grades and confidence have both been boosted, seeing him twice a week for both Maths and English improved my learning in an indescribable way. He is genuinely the ideal tutor and surpassed amazing, he made it enjoyable, which made a huge difference to me. I have passed my exams with more success than I could have imagined. I can never thank James enough for how much he had helped me. I would definitely recommend him to anybody whether it’s for reaching higher grades or general tutoring.

James tutored my son after we removed him from school in the middle of year 10. He was patient and sensitive to my son's needs and coached him through his maths and English GCSEs. James is such an amazing tutor, he has helped me so much with my english which enabled me to get a good grade for my GCSE’s (2 grades above my predicted). I would definitely recommend James, he is a fantastic tutor and very quickly worked out the areas to concentrate on with my daughter in the run up to her Year 6 SAT exams. I could not recommend James more highly. He took a very unconfident little boy who hated English and turned things around so much it’s like living with the grammar police! James teaches in a fun and engaging way and quickly identifies areas that need work on.
