Bespoke Languages Tuition has been an excellent company for helping me with French. My success in A Level French and getting into Oxford University to study French is a great deal down to my enthusiastic and devoted BLT French tutor who engaged and inspired me from our very first class. I not only improved academically but my tutor reignited my passion for French language and literature beyond the classroom. I couldn’t recommend a company more.

I heard about this Pre-U Spanish tuition through a friend and within a day of contacting BLT I was able to arrange sessions twice a week with my tutor. They are also extremely accommodating in finding a time that suits me for the tutoring sessions. BLT has provided me with a fantastic Pre-U Spanish tutor. I am able to Skype him online alongside a live Google document so that any of my answers to the grammar questions can be seen by him and marked during the session. He is incredibly encouraging, always pushing me to my full potential, not to mention flexible so that I can focus on whichever areas I am struggling with if needed. Before I started tutoring, my grades were consistently on an M3. Since starting sessions with my BLT tutor, my grades have significantly improved and I am feeling far more prepared to sit the exam this May. I have never once been made to feel stupid asking any question which has increased my confidence and made my experience so enjoyable. Bespoke Languages Tuition is fantastic, I am so pleased I found them! Aaron, my French and Spanish tutor is so passionate about the subjects he teaches, and makes the lessons fun as well as intellectually challenging. He has really given me confidence in my ability and sets out what he wants to achieve in the lessons. He learns your learning style, and adapts his lessons to compliment this. He is a brilliant teacher, who is always helpful and really outgoing, and wants to bring out the best in everyone.

I started using BLT almost two years ago, to help with my Spanish classes at school. In fact, it helped me so much that I was able to pick up French at school instead of Spanish, and carry on my Spanish lessons with Aaron outside of school, without missing a beat! Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and has a calm, welcoming approach to her pupils. My son was in his final GCSE year and struggling with his Maths confidence. Rachel managed not only to increase his confidence but also helped him brilliantly with areas he had a complete block on. Time will tell whether he got a good GCSE result but at least he entered the exam hall with less stress and felt he did well on all papers.

We have had a very positive experience with science tutoring for GCSEs using this site. The tutor Marta is very professional and friendly and my boys have enjoyed the process and I am certain it has improved their grades. The online classroom worked very well and I would highly recommend.

Can’t recommend Marta highly enough! She was extremely helpful and understanding when our daughter needed to come out of school at the end of year 10 due to physical and emotional difficulties in attending school. She has worked hard with our daughter to find any gaps and weaknesses in her knowledge of the subjects (all 3 sciences and maths), and has built her confidence in her abilities. She is very kind, friendly, supportive and engaging both online and in her office.

Marta is a truly wonderful tutor for children of all abilities. My son is profoundly dyslexic and was struggling with numeracy. Marta has helped him to realise that maths can be fun and numbers are nothing to be afraid of. She has a unique way of teaching to a child's specific needs which enables them to engage and enjoy the subject. Marta has been really beneficial to my son in the past 3 years, we started with Marta when my son was in Year 9, he is now in the midst of his GCSE's and asking me to book extras lessons. We first came across Marta/Somerset Private Tutor when my Son was in Year 9 and struggling to access mainstream education due to Autism/Anxiety/School related Anxiety etc. We started off using Marta to help support my Son with missed lessons. Two and a half years later and my son has just completed GCSEs having been homeschooled for the last two years. Marta has educated him in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Without Marta's expert help we would not have got there. The level of service is superb and Marta was able to make adaptations to support my Son's individual requirements. The level of communication has been brilliant. The service is flexible to accommodate the individual child. We also had the added advantage that my Son's education was not disrupted during the Covid lockdowns as on-line lessons continued as normal. I am so pleased with how this has turned out for my son.

Gemma has been working with our 10YO ahead of her 11 plus. Our daughter struggles with holding her attention on tasks and is a little dyspraxic. This detracts from her innate intelligence when learning in a traditional sense. Gemma has devised innovative, interesting and often novel ways to engage her in learning the more difficult subject areas, and irrespective of outcome at the 11+ I'm confident that we chose the best way to maximize her potential.

Gemma has been working with my son for nearly a year and we have found her excellent. My son really enjoys his hour with her and he is making excellent progress in his confidence and ability. I would definitely recommend her.

Hi my name is Alannah and I've just passed the 11+ exam for BSG. Pete and Franny made the lessons fun and interesting, always telling stories to help with our understanding. I had no nerves on the day and even enjoyed the exam (sort of!).

Kingsbury Education are superb! Their 11 plus hubs cover everything the children need to know, and more, and are well structured. The 11 plus mocks are great preparation and provide detailed feedback which allows you to focus on your child's weak areas. The 11 plus intensive coaching sessions are great as they can drill down into trickier areas and provide further helpful tips. All of these sessions, together with the work you do at home will help your child to achieve the best score they can. I cannot recommend them enough!

I must say that booking mock tests and study sessions with Kingsbury education to help my daughter pass the 11+ was one of the best investments I’ve ever made. Not only she got a very solid passing grade but she also got 100% on the English test, which is amazing, especially considering she is not a native English speaker. If you are considering hiring tutoring for the 11+ I would definitely recommend you look into booking it with Kingsbury education.

My daughter has just finished her GCSE exams. She had maths tuition with Matt from February to the final paper last week. Due to weekly tuition with Matt we saw a considerable improvement in her overall ability, with a grade increase for her mocks in March. Matt makes his students feel relaxed about getting things wrong, does not pressure them and gets the best out of them. I can’t recommend Matt more highly. We signed up for maths tutoring with Matt fairly late in the year, with only about 6 weeks until the exams were to begin; mainly because our son was really struggling with confidence about his maths. The pressure to pass was making revision seem totally overwhelming. Matt was such a fantastic tutor. Not only did he help to make sense of the areas of maths which were a struggle, but he also subtly coached our son to have a positive mindset. Having been hugely reluctant to begin his tutoring, he very quickly looked forward to the sessions and came away like a different person - much less stressed, and confident to tackle his exams. We have been so pleased with how well our daughter has settled into the year 6 tutor group. Sophie has a lovely warm classroom enviroment and she is so approachable and makes learning fun. We are impressed with our weekly feedback with topics covered but also how much our daughter actually enjoys learning. From the moment we first met Sophie we knew instantly we found the right tutor. Approachable. Kind. Understanding. My daughter couldnt stop saying how wonderful she was.
