Landlord had to use Power rod for a blocked toilet. Had a few problems and 2 previous plumbers didn't actually fix the issue but today James and Costas came and solved an issue that was recurring with my toilet. Thank you so much for fixing the toilet and for being so friendly! The lady on the phone is also very helpful and friendly.

I first came across PR when googling drainage companies. I like to use local companies. I had a particular problem with tenants toilet a few months ago and I also had a rainwater drainage problem on a shared driveway I have with neighbours. On each occasion Sean was able to successfully help me out and solve the problem. Sean is quick to respond and his staff are very professional. PR are due to sort out another problem for one of my tenants later this week. I would have no hesitation in recommending Power Rod. A five star service.

Found this company when I needed my drains jetted. It was easy to make an appointment with them. Tim who did the job was really lovely and friendly, would 100% recommend him and would use this company again if I ever had any future drainage issues.

Couldnt be happier with the help we had from Sean and Tim at Power Rod. We had a sticky situation with a blocked interceptor trap/ concealed manhole which they tackled intelligently, diligently and ultimately successfully. There was a pile of builders debris from our recent renovation which they managed to remove in less than an hour with jetting 12 metres down pipe.
