I'm writing this at 10.05 a.m on Sunday morning Feb 23rd. At 8.00 a.m my wife discovered a leak just above the stopcock that allows water into the entire house. I texted Nedim at NC Gas Services at 8.15 a.m. He was at my door at 9.00 a.m and left just after 10.00 a.m having fixed the problem. I kid you not. This is the second time I've used him. The guy is phenomenal.

Nedim of NC Gas Services was able to fit me in for an urgent job in his busy schedule; he came when said he would and was able to sort the issue with our boiler quickly and efficiently. We subsequently asked Nedim back for a repair and a service and again he was efficient, courteous, reasonably priced and did all he needed to do - he even took time to explain what he was doing and why. All round great heating engineer, recommended without hesitation.

Thank you to Paul, Alfie and Callum for clearing my blocked drain and fitting an outdoor tap for me. Great communication from the first phone call with emails to follow up and talked me through the whole process. After the first visit to unblock the drain Paul came back to fit the outside tap and used the camera to check all was ok with the drain and cleared up afterwards. A very happy customer.

I would highly recommend GHPS. Paul and his team fitted my new shower and taps in my bathroom recently and done a fantastic job. I'm so pleased and feel like I have a brand new bathroom. It turned out to be a bit of a challenging job due to some issues with the old plumbing, but Paul came up with solutions and got the job done to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble. Herts Plumb Fix were very helpful in fixing my my boiler when the central heating wasn't working. They were on time, explained the situation, what needed to be done and honest. Their work was swift, making sure once they had finished working in one area they would tidy up. They have very good knowledge and would highly recommend!

HertsPlumb Fix did a great job fixing a bath tap leak and replacing several taps in the home. He had shut down the main water supply which was submerged in water, but he still managed to do it. He also cleaned up after. Very happy and will recommend.
