Dean was fantastic!! Very nice guy and professional at the same time. He got straight into our plumbing problem & sorted it out! Highly recommended! In this day and age it's nice to know there are people you can rely on & trustworthy!

We had a new boiler installed on 15/9/22 by Dean King of Bespoke Boilers. The work went smoothly from beginning to end, and the installation took a lot less time than we had anticipated. Dean and his men were focused and efficient, showed complete respect for the house and did everything necessary for best results. Two weeks later the boiler is running nicely and we have not had to contact them for help with any problems. The quote we got was certainly good and the quality of work excellent. Furthermore, he is honest and trustworthy with excellent interpersonal skills. On each occasion we have utilised his services, he has promptly tracked the source of a leak and resolved the issue efficiently. Not content with that, he conducts checks and further checks to ensure there are no further problems and will not leave until he and the customer are satisfied all is well. We first met Dean when we randomly selected a plumber offering 24/7 access. He arrived within 30 minutes of our call in the middle of the night and was very helpful, professional and reassuring. After he stopped the leak, he committed to return the next day with the requisite materials and carried out a full repair. We have no hesitation in recommending him.
