Brad provided a quick and professional response to our shower temperature valve problem - ordered part same day he was contacted and fitted it as soon as it arrived. Following 2 really bad experiences with heating/plumbing engineers, Brad was recommended to me by a family friend-and how thankful I am to have found him. The problems caused by the aforementioned have blighted my life on and off for the last 3 years. Brad quickly identified the issues and has resolved them completely. Brad is polite, reliable and knowledgeable. He explains what needs doing, does it efficiently and quickly and has always cleared up when he has finished. In addition, I think his charges are fair and reasonable. I thoroughly recommend him.

Brad installed my Hive and explained the system perfectly. He also serviced my old boiler. He didn't find any problems, there are perhaps some gas engineers who will invent problems, not Brad, he is honest, considerate and a very tidy worker. From our first contact through to the completion of works, Lee was excellent. He made regular contact, was very flexible in dates for working, and worked carefully and tidily. Our job ended up being more complicated with life-expired pipework, which Lee rectified for us while honouring the quoted price. The Best Plumber I have ever come across! SO helpful, polite, informative and professional! Literally googled local plumber, as our toilet was continually trickling. Sent photos to Harry, who then attended within a couple of days and not only fixed the issue, but replaced flush, rusty bolts and system within the cistern. He went above and beyond! Couldn't recommend him enough! Will definitely be reaching out to him for any other plumbing, gas or heating needs.

We commissioned Revive Plumbing to do a complete strip out and refit of our master bathroom. The quote from Jake was competitive (we wanted quality, so not just looking for the cheapest quote). Marc from Jake’s team did most of the work (all of the tiling was Tony). Marc was great – as soon as he arrived, he put down floor protection in our hall/stairs/landing, as there was lots of debris to remove and take through the house to outside. Marc worked really hard to strip everything out and all waste was put into a skip (the quote included this). Tony did a fantastic job on the tiling – a very high level of attention to detail that really enhances the high-quality finish of the bathroom. Marc then installed the shower/toilet/vanity unit etc. We were quite particular about the spec/finish quality, and Marc and Tony were really patient with our questions along the way. The work was completed to schedule and on-budget. We’re very happy and have already commissioned Revive Plumbing to refit our ensuite bathroom.

Recently updated our downstairs cloakroom. Its small so hard to know what to have re storage. Jake was helpful in advising options. Marc and Owen came to carry out the work. They made sure flooring was protected, did a fab clean job. Both very polite and helpful. Also a shout out to Croxley Plumbing. Gwyn was really helpful and patient when helping me choose what would work in the small space!

After seeking a recommendation from a close neighbour I employed the services of Revive Plumbing services. My first contact was with owner Jake who visited my property within a couple of days for a survey which was followed up a email with my quotation. We agreed a start date and during this period the communication was excellent. The fitter Jordan was fantastic and a very multi skilled young man who did not see problems only solutions. Elis has done a great job with a variety of plumbing jobs three times for us in St Albans. Fixing taps, installing a new gravity-fed shower, sorting a leaking external pipe - he's been great and we've always been pleased with his service. Elis from Home Comfort Assured is an outstanding Plumber. We had several complicated heating issues that Elis attended to and resolved quickly and efficiently. He took time to explain why various things had failed in our heating system and presented clear and understandable options on how to proceed. Not only is he an excellent and knowledgeable heating engineer, but he really cared about ensuring that we were happy with what he was doing, and he spent all the time that was necessary to resolve some complicated problems so that we were not left without hot water or heating. He stayed quite late to fix things but did not charge us for all his time, caring more about customer service than profit - so rare these days. He is my go-to plumber from now on, as I have not come across anyone better in over 40 years and I can recommend him highly to anyone who wants a great plumber/heating engineer that can be trusted to do a great job quickly and efficiently.

Great service from start to finish! We had a gas leak and needed a replacement gas pipe to our cooker. Selvin came around the same evening to quote me and was around doing the work the same weekend. Very good quality work at a fair price - we will certainly be using him again for anything we may need.

After two separate engineers failed to find the source of a gas leak in our home, I was so glad to have found MJ Services online who were able to find the leak (3rd time lucky), so we could get it fixed and have our gas put back on.
