Phoned to see if I needed a replacement toilet valve and was given advice that might have saved me money. I later went in with the part and was again encouraged to doublecheck that I had done everything correct to save any cost. When I went back I was sold the part required with no attempts to upsell to more expensive items. They recommended a plumber who attended quickly and completed the necessary work at a good price. A great service from friendly staff who didn’t abuse my lack of plumbing knowledge.

Only needed a couple of special washers which I couldn’t get anywhere else. Although this was a small purchase, they really took the time to help me out with great advice and get what I needed. Would highly recommend them.
