When I called about an issue, he went the extra mile by offering to video call me so he could see my gas meter and help me resolve the problem right away. Truly professional and customer centric approach. On break down of my existing boiler, Mr. Alekhraj Chauhan visited and provided a well guided advice with appropriate justification for a boiler replacement. An excellent job of the new boiler installation at a reasonable price was done. Along side all the paper work with regards to the registration, guarantee and Building regulation compliance gas safety certificate was completed with a proactive approach. Throughout the job the team worked in a collaboration with the family and completed the job on time with a explanation on each step and the working of the new boiler. From the inception of the job, Mr. Alekhraj/team kept me well informed on the planning, the pre-requisites and steps being taken for the job. The job was done skillfully and very neatly with utmost care. I will highly recommend Demand heating and plumbing certified by GasSafe for similar nature of job.

Josh was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We called for a boiler service, radiator repair, bath plug replacement and a system clean in Watford. We were able to book an appointment for the next day and Josh was on time and completed we had asked for to a high standard.

My boiler broke this morning. I phoned Homecure who had an engineer available same day. They phoned back shortly later to say he'd be a bit earlier than scheduled, and in the end arrived within about half an hour of me calling them (which was great for me). Jamie was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing. He tried really hard to get the boiler working without needing an expensive new part (and explained what he was doing so I felt confident he was doing the right thing). Unfortunately, my boiler did need the expensive new part, which he sourced locally and got my boiler working again by lunchtime.

I have had a couple of plumbers do previous jobs for me in London in the past, and I have to say Homecure Plumbers are among the best I’ve come across so far. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Booking the job was really easy, I spoke with Shelley who took my booking and it was very efficient and professional. Sasha, who came to fix our central heating issue, was fantastic. After discovering our Boiler Service company don't deal with central heating as a whole, contacted Tony and were lucky he could come that day. Sorted the cause and not just the symptoms.
