Truly professional and customer centric approach. On break down of my existing boiler, Mr. Alekhraj Chauhan visited and provided a well guided advice with appropriate justification for a boiler replacement. An excellent job of the new boiler installation at a reasonable price was done. Along side all the paper work with regards to the registration, guarantee and Building regulation compliance gas safety certificate was completed with a proactive approach. Throughout the job the team worked in a collaboration with the family and completed the job on time with a explanation on each step and the working of the new boiler. From the inception of the job, Mr. Alekhraj/team kept me well informed on the planning, the pre-requisites and steps being taken for the job. The job was done skillfully and very neatly with utmost care. I will highly recommend Demand heating and plumbing certified by GasSafe for similar nature of job.

My call was promptly answered, I got a same day appointment, the chap was polite and professional, the replacement taps were almost identical to the originals, the work didn't take long to do, and the bill was reasonable. Called on January 16th 2025 and the plumber arrived at my place on January 17th 2025. He called before he arrived and asked if he could attend earlier than expected. Replaced the mixer tap in my kitchen and, including the actual mixer tap, the price was very reasonable. A very polite gentleman who clearly knows his job as a plumber. They have completely redone two bathrooms for us - with good communications and interaction from the initial discussions, through design and installation. (If you ask they nicely they will even do a kitchen for you - very pleased with how ours turned out in 2024).

I have used this company before with complete satisfaction and this time they did even better. Our old boiler failed leaving two elderly people without heat in winter. Yet despite being fully booked they managed to fit us in over two days and installed a brand new boiler and associated equipment. Their engineers are professional, tidy, polite and charming people. We had no water for 4 days (beside the tap next to the stop cock in our utility room) which was most likely linked to a burst water main down the road even after the water company fixed it. A few engineers came and couldn’t fix the problem. I looked up Mustafa on trust a trader and he came by the following afternoon. Elis from Home Comfort Assured is an outstanding Plumber. We had several complicated heating issues that Elis attended to and resolved quickly and efficiently. He took time to explain why various things had failed in our heating system and presented clear and understandable options on how to proceed. Not only is he an excellent and knowledgeable heating engineer, but he really cared about ensuring that we were happy with what he was doing, and he spent all the time that was necessary to resolve some complicated problems so that we were not left without hot water or heating. He stayed quite late to fix things but did not charge us for all his time, caring more about customer service than profit - so rare these days. He is my go-to plumber from now on, as I have not come across anyone better in over 40 years and I can recommend him highly to anyone who wants a great plumber/heating engineer that can be trusted to do a great job quickly and efficiently.
