After seeking a recommendation from a close neighbour I employed the services of Revive Plumbing services. My first contact was with owner Jake who visited my property within a couple of days for a survey which was followed up a email with my quotation. We agreed a start date and during this period the communication was excellent. The fitter Jordan was fantastic and a very multi skilled young man who did not see problems only solutions. His level of finish is high end and he showed great patience in answering my many questions. I highly recommend Jake and Jordan.

Recently updated our downstairs cloakroom. Its small so hard to know what to have re storage. Jake was helpful in advising options. Marc and Owen came to carry out the work. They made sure flooring was protected, did a fab clean job. Both very polite and helpful. Also a shout out to Croxley Plumbing. Gwyn was really helpful and patient when helping me choose what would work in the small space!

Jake took care of everything, from discovering the leak and removing the damaged materials to installing a new floor and everything else. He was full of helpful advice, organised the flooring fitter and decorator, and always delivered on time. Jake was tidy, very polite, and friendly, making us feel assured we were in good hands. He clearly holds himself to high standards, and we’re very happy with the finish. Highly recommended!

We commissioned Revive Plumbing to do a complete strip out and refit of our master bathroom. The quote from Jake was competitive (we wanted quality, so not just looking for the cheapest quote). Marc from Jake’s team did most of the work (all of the tiling was Tony). Marc was great – as soon as he arrived, he put down floor protection in our hall/stairs/landing, as there was lots of debris to remove and take through the house to outside. Marc worked really hard to strip everything out and all waste was put into a skip (the quote included this). Tony did a fantastic job on the tiling – a very high level of attention to detail that really enhances the high-quality finish of the bathroom. Marc then installed the shower/toilet/vanity unit etc. We were quite particular about the spec/finish quality, and Marc and Tony were really patient with our questions along the way. The work was completed to schedule and on-budget. We’re very happy and have already commissioned Revive Plumbing to refit our ensuite bathroom.

Jake and his team did a fantastic job on a sizeable bathroom repair. They were professional, communicative, and easy to work with—exactly what you want as a landlord. It was a refreshing experience from start to finish, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Tidy high quality finish done to time. Highly impressed!
